You're doing excellent! Especially being worried about Hannah and all (hope she's better?) You have been one of my biggest inspirations. The one thing I appreciate most about you is that even tho you're really busy and everything doesn't go smooth as silk in your life, you never fail to find the time to be kind and supportive to SO MANY PEOPLE! Today's Menu
The taco stuff looks like massive quantities but I had it for lunch and dinner. No veggies today ... I know it's not good. Hannah is moving a little .... but not to what I think she should be. I have had so many friends send messages, emails and phone calls. No one wants to scare me, but I don't think I could be scared anymore that I am already. It might not seem like a big issue about what Hannah is going through. She is only 5, and this SHOULD NOT be happening. I want to get her cleaned out, then I want to find out WHY it happened, so that it doesn't happen again. I also pray that other things crossing our minds are not what is happening here. ![]() |

Thanks Mel. When you refer to simple, do you mean carb count and induction level foods ? Or no frankfoods (which is what I am thinking). I am realizing many things about this WOE. I was reading my book last night and discovered some things that might be stalling me. 1. I am on a beta blocker and an occassional diuretic. 2.
