Cool girlies !! I wound up eating 2 more little pieces before I left work. So 4 total -- about the size of the little block of a hershey bar that you break apart ... you break this apart too. So, maybe I should have ate them both at the same time.

My day wasn't that good ... but "this too shall pass". I ate an odd lunch. Went to Kmart and the only thing I could find to take back to the office was some cheese and nuts. Then I had the s/f choc. for desert. I thought I would be way over on carbs, but I did pretty good. But, since they weren't such good carbs, it might hurt me.

Today's Menu

Busted my butt on the gazelle tonight ... not great stats but awesome for me. 21 mins - 1.38 miles. I was done at 9:30 and I am still sweating.

Drinking some new green tea I got today. I have been drinking the citrus flavor/diet Lipton this is the peach flavor/diet nestea. The peach flavoring is strong.

You girls are all so sweet ... and Beth ... wow, you amaze me. I know God is powerful and all-knowing and can move mountains. I guess I was a little embarrassed to pray about this. I know he can do it, but I just never entertained the thought of praying for it to happen (for a real prayer). So, I will pray as well -- since you already asked Him

I did 2 bottles of water in today. Not feeling real good about the weigh-in tomorrow, but it is what it is .... and that's that.

Thanks Lisa -- you are correct. It's trial and error, and I gotta do what works for me. I will take a small stall ... and pray for the woosh. If I was gaining, I might re-evaluate. We shall see ... one day at a time. Nite dear.

Hi CaNdY!!!
I hope that you've gone to the bathroom. I am sure that is why you are having scale issues. I have found that upping my veggies helps. Spinach, cauliflower, broccoli,..those really work for me.

Have a great day!! KUTGW!!

Very odd. I have not "moved" yet, but I feel as though it is "working" ... TMI, sorry. i am sipping on my coffee this morning, so just maybe ....

An another note, I am tired and sore in my arms this morning. I hear that's a good thing  However, I will overexert myself as to injury during exercise.

As we suspected, I got my whoosh this morning.
Nothing spectacular as far as #'s go. But, I will say I haven't seen the 230's in a LONG time. I weighed 3 times and got the same thing each time. I am pleased.

Ok, how can you eat spinach and cauliflower ? I must find some recipes to use them in, where I don't taste them. I will say, I never used to eat broccoli unless it was covered in cheese sauce. Now, I have a little shredded cheese and ranch mixed with it. BUT, I have tasted it alone since January, and it's just not too bad ... so perhaps my tastebuds really are changing.

I hope that you are totally "moved" soon!!

It is great to be sore! It means you are working your muscles and changing your body! But, don't overexert! Slow and steady wins the race. Think turtle not bunny.

So you're in the 30s??? I am so jealous!!

Cauliflower doesn't taste like cauliflower in teh Like Baked Potatoes recipe. It tastes like baked potatoes.
Use your creams and cheesees on the veggies. I do. I don't eat plain broccoli or spinach. It's always in a dip or casserole or something. YUM!!

Well, before I left the house ... I "moved" ... TMI ... but I knew ya'll would want to know !!!! Not sure it's all moved, but hey I'll take anything at this point.

Thanks for all your encouragement ladies !!!

Heck, I even wanted to weigh in again after I "moved", but I thought I would let it count towards next week

I tried one of those mashed cauliflower - faux potatoes and it was horrible. I might reconsider this baked potato taste though. And Lisa has mentioned the turnip with butter & sour cream.

I'm glad you moved.

I don't like the fauxtatoes. I don't know if I dont make them right or what. The Baked Potatoes are head adn shoulders above the fauxtatoes IMO.

You have a lot more strength than me. I woulda been back on that scale!!

Thanks Beth. And Dixie ... I probably would if I had thought about it BEFORE I got all my clothes on.

Well, if you don't like the faux potatoes and like the other, then I might trust your judgement on the one. Hmmmm .... ok, recipe please ??

Yeah, Candy! Awesome job on the 30's! (and the other stuff too ) It's SO exciting to move into a new (lower!) weight range! I don't know about you, but I always see it as 10 lbs increments, and breaking through to the next 10 pounds is seriously like a time to celebrate! KUTGW!!!

I have tried that new recipe you just got...it is really good!! In your condition though, I would wait on all that cheese until I was good to go in the plumbing department!
