Bless you Gracie, like you I find it quite exhausting keeping up but I think by at least encouraging the Newbies I am sharing some of the support you all gave me when I began.

I love the the Maintain thread and the Daily Chat too. I don't think I lead as active a life as you do. The gym is my only hobby, except for the theatre.

I am lucky that it works so brilliantly for me. Today I am turning my DD into a MD as we have driven down to our Devon home, rushed out to see my FIL who is still hospitalised and done a grocery shop.

DH said, how about a meal out, and I thought, yes, why not?

Thanks for the tip about there being uk threads haven't quite found them yet. JUDDD is working for me as feel as though I am losing. 3rd DD for me today and I'm keeping to under 500cals on an UD I'm having about 2000 although just eating according to appetite. Cannot believe how well I feel, aim to lose a lb a week after first couple of weeks, need to go from 13st8 to 10st10 or a comfortable size 12, need to fit into my lovely wedding dress

Nomsad, I am just up the road from you in Topsham at the moment as my Father in Law (95) is in hospital in Torbay. We share our life between here and London as we are lucky enough to be retired.

Here are links to the UK/Europe threads, I'd love to see them busier...UK/Europe/Australian JUDDD posters UK/Europe JUDDDers
I am sure you will love JUDDD and will looks divine in that wedding dress. When is the wedding?

possibly next year we havent set date yet but already have my wedding dress which is lovely, always need an aim. I want to get to a size 12 and stay that for the rest of my life. I was 21stone and have lost 8 through exercise and low cal eating but the last 3 are proving very hard to shift, my body likes this weight and although I feel happy and attractive in myself and body I still just have that little way to go until I'm done
I know Topsham very well, used to live in Exeter on Rifford road 8 years ago, infact back in around exeter or the devon county show hope we have some sun!!!
I really feel so well on this diet and even though DD are sometimes a challenge, UD are a dream, eat carbs freely and am guide by my appetite

Hadn't seen this post and I have just asked you all these questions in the UK thread!

JUDDD will work its magic I am sure.

How can it be Devon show again already, where does the time go. Yes some sunshine would be nice, the fields will be like a quagmire anyway!

Lovely, I don't come here as often as I should, but the JUDDD threads are so busy it is hard to keep up.

Also, my weight is pretty dull, but nice. 124 after 2 UDs in a row. That MD last night was pretty high after the wine so I called it an UD.

Yes, a Medium Day. Add your numbers together and divide by 2 to get the average.

They are useful if you need to adjust your rotations. Not recommended during the first couple of weeks while getting the Sirt gene up and running.
