I even saw 128.6 a couple of days ago.

Won't weigh for a day or so as I had an off plan meal yesterday linch time that included a mince pie! Also had champagne over the weekend so that will undoubtedly show.

I am sort of trying JUDDD but keeping it Low Carb. I am finding myself pretty much under control at present so I think I can manage under 500 cals on a day like today. We shall see.

Decided to use this to keep track while JUDDDing. Down days max 500 cals Up days max 1665 cals.

128.8 this morning aft yesterday's UP day. Have been 127.8 for the previous 2 days.

406 calories today on my DD. Made more veggie soup which is about 85 cals for a serving. So far find the Down Days very easy.

1,451 cals today, not difficult normal eating on LC really. 33 Carbs.

Always the issue with the London/Devon scales! One day I must get them side by side so that I know exactly what the difference is. Anyway, for now, I choose to say that they weigh 1 pound heavier than the London ones.

So 127.8 this morning, down another .4

Yesterday was a Down Day and I ate around 415 calories and about 10 carbs.

Today is and Up Day and I am hoping to have dinner out. Went to a Zumba class this morning and plan on another one tonight.....

I did get to another Zumba class, a great teacher was visiting to celebrate 10 years since our gym opened.

I had only eaten 3 slices of corned beef beforehand, so I made a decision to enjoy a risotto at our local Italian. Ended up sharing DH's garlic bread too along with 1/2 a bottle of red wine. So calories at 2169 and 62 carbs. Scary.

Okay change of plan. I made this a Medium day and ate 865 cals, 40 carbs.

I did this on advice so that I can have a Down Day tomorrow, an Up Day on Saturday when I am going on a cycle ride and having a family dinner. Then have another Medium Day on Sunday when I will simply have a lunch out with FIL and some soup in the evening.

Then back to a DD on Monday.

I had a bacon and egg sandwich!

Zumba class today then 2 soya coffees, some corned beef, (was ravenous when I got home at 5.30). Vegetable soup tonight.

There must be a better name for it than "medium day". What about "up and down day"? For exercise you could do some trampolining.

Not successful on the abstemious plan. It was lovely Swedish meal and the food just kept on coming. It was mostly fish but a lot of oil was used. I did what I could without being rude, no wine and no pudding, one slice of slice olive ciabatta, and no cheese straws.

I did a good Body Combat class and will eat nothing else today. Tomorrow will be a real DD,

Ended up at Tesco's with no soya option, and a pretty rubbish coffee out of their self serve machine. However the calories are low!

Soup is simmering away and it works out at 72 cals per serving, if it makes 10 servings.

Off to make a cup of tea now.

Wonderful dinner out after having my hair cut and coloured. Scallops, 3 slices out of 8 slices of Four Seasons Pizza, rocket salad with oil and parmesan, olives and 1/2 a bottle of red wine. Followed by a double Macchiato.

Total Calories for the day 1,528 about 80 carbs.

I ate veggie soup, cappucino and Atkins bar and a slice of roast beef with a big mixed salad.

508 calories, would have been under 500 but I won't have low fat salad dressing for anyone! So 1 tbsp Cardini's Original Caesar dressing is 80 cals and worth every one!

Some things are worth the calories, aren't they? For me it's butter, olive oil, and cream.

But I've been going by online nutritional data. Yesterday I weighed my standard knob of butter and standard dollop of cream and found they weighed more than the tablespoon measure I was going by, so I will dutifully record them at trhat level in future.

My biggest shock was weighing a heaped teaspoon of flax meal. A teaspoon was given as seventeen calories, so I was counting 25 for a heaped teaspoon. But I weighed it and calculated it at 49 calories. Need to weigh olive oil next--surprising how such inaccuracies underplay my figures.

127.2 today and just bak from a great Zumba class. Today is an UD so I am planning a steak tonight.
