Cup cakes.. .. those things are just evil.. .. tell your wife.. evil.. just kiddin.. I know.. the rest of my family don't eat low carb.. they still love their sweets.. seems I am the only one they bother..

but its a great thing that they aren't callin your name like they used to do me.. wtg.. !!

I did tell my Krissy.. STOP EATING SUGAR... but I was nice about it.. and look how awesome she is doing now.. .. I lub her and what whats best for my little (online) girl.. .. krissy.. am I even old enough to be your mama in real life?

Hello and thanks for stopping!

Well...tomorrow is the big day. Weigh day. I am shooting for 295. I've been good all weekend so I hope I see good numbers. Wish me luck!!!! I do not have internet access at work so I'll try to be up early tomorrow morning to weigh in and post so you won't have to wait untill I get off work.

Eats today hae been 3 SE&C muffins, 4 cheese burgers with bbq sauce and I am having fried chicken tonight that just taste awesome. That Krissy's falut. I saw it in her journal and ask my wife if she had ever tried it before. I have also had 2 diet mt. dews and lots of water.

was it the half parmesan/half bread crumb mixture? that recipe is actually called "adam chicken" to me but i substituted the half bread crumb mixture. the original adam chicken uses half crushed up oyster crackers. seriously, my favorite chicken ever. even though i'm not dating him anymore! toss in your favorite seasonings (paprika, oregano) and voila. adam chicken.

we all wish you a good weigh-in! you're the LCF stud around here!

Start weight: over 300 lbs. (my old scale wouldn't weigh over 300 lbs.)

I fell real good today. I felt as if I was part of this world. Sound stupid? It does to me too but it the truth. I haven't felt this good for a long time.

Eating was good.
Water could of been better. I'll be drinking more tonight.

Hillary, my wife, or better half as some have informed me, had a t tire blow out today. She wasn't to far from home and wasn't going to fast. She got the van back home and called me at work. After work I jacked up the van took the rim off and found that the tire was off the bead. Anyway, I filled the tire with air, put it back on the van. With the sudden change of weather the tire pressure must of gone down (it was already low to begin with) and popped the bead. Problem solved, no worries.

Alright, gotta go.

phil, quick question. whats the prices of your fish and game licenses for residents? example... michigan's fish all species license $28, antlerless deer $10, buck license $15... ?

pizza hut = HARD. TO. SAY. NO. i hope you showed her who's boss!! i trick my bf into eating low carb when i prepare our dinners. but then he always says "tastes like it's missing something... pasta.... rice... breadsticks... "

yeah those are called CARBS, honey, and carbs make me fat!
