Hi yall.. My goal here is to hold myself accountable for my journey into this woe. I'm 5'4" and i used to fluctuate between 108-110 lbs on a low-calorie diet and consistent working out. I stopped that and went low carb (ish) for a while and magically maintained for the first time in my life without working out and even lost some.. but now i'm up to a whopping 119 lbs (YUCK) on my 5'4" frame.. i know it's still considered 'slim' but i prefer myself thinner.
Today was my first day back on protein power.. i wanna log my carb grams (no more than 55 carbs per day) and workouts. I'm not too worried about logging protein grams and meal details daily.. i can handle that offline, now i'm focusing on staying within my carbs and workign out consistently. yay for the coolest journey ever i hope

i'm excited and can't wait to lose the pounds again.
DAY 1:
carbs 56 (i also count the carbs in sf gum, i had 2 pieces and that's where that extra carb gram came in!)
workout: 45 mins elliptical - 600 cal burn
so this is my kickstart. Hoping for maybe a pound loss by Sunday? Gotta work it.
