Enough Already!!!!!
So it's been 3 years as of 12/29 that I have had my second son. I am still at least 15 lbs. to goal. For some people that doesn't seem like a lot. In fact some people may look at it as vanity pounds, but for those of you out there who at one point in your life has been the perfect 10 you know what I'm talking about. However at the time, you defintely never saw yourself as a perfect 10 until you looked down at your hips and saggy baby belly and wondered how this happened. Hence the reason that I am starting this thread. I have many happiness's in the world including my 2 beautiful boys and husband, but I will not feel complete until I get my body back in shape. I have tried every diet, and every pill, but nothing seems to work. So here I am starting a new approach. The "hold myself accountable" approach. So if you are looking to rid yourself once and for all from that baby body that you are desperate to get rid of, please let me know. There is not a certain fad that I will be following. Only a moderate low carb lifestyle with exercise and lots of water.
The journey begins today... Stats in inches (I never weigh) Now: Goal: Arms:10.5 9 Thighs:22 20 Hips:40 38 Waist:34.5 31-32 Height: 5'2 Meals 12/11/06: Breakfast: Coffee and a plain waffle Last edited by It'sAllgood : 12-11-2006 at 07:26 AM. Reason: Wrong format |

It's all about moderation
This morning when I woke up, and went to get my usual cup of joe I was surprised by EGG NOG. My husband knows how much I love it, so I guess he picked some up on the way home from work yesterday. I love it so much, and I try to get my yearly fix. I questioned whether or not to drink it and remembered that I am holding myself accountable now. So I drank a very small quantity (1/2 of a 1/2 of cup). Good for me. It's true what they say, just get a taste and that's all you need, then move on.
Breakfast: Dry Waffle and 1/2 of a 1/2 cup EGG NOG No Coffee |
