MAJOR LCF POSTER!

So I am going to start a journal because I need to. Today at the doctors they weighed me...168.
I weigh more than my boyfriend now. Both the nurse and the doctor...separately agreed that I did not LOOK like I weighed 168lbs. I think that number is a bit high anyways. I will do a morning weigh-in on my scale tommarow. But besides that...I am getting pretty serious now. I am going to do this in phases. Phase 1- immediately Cut out alcohol~ I do believe this is my biggest weakness. I am ready to give it up. It makes me smoke and crave bad foods. Start exercising~ I just did 25 minutes of the Firm w/o weights. Cut out coffee~ It seems to make me eat more Make my own food - no more fast food burgers.~ Only Chick-fil-a salads for emergencies Phase 2- Dec. 11th Some type of "fast"~ Once I get a hang of "phase 1" I would like to do something to jump start my weight loss. I might just do a water fast. I hope to do this for at least 3 days and up to a week. Behave at the Christmas Party~ This will be hard Phase 3- Dec 14th-ish Pick either a low carb plan or a low fat plan and STICK WITH IT. Exercise - Turbo Jam/The Firm/Running and Walking

Weight loss goals~
My main goal is 130lbs by summertime. I really want to be COMFORTABLE this summer. I was miserable this past summer. My mini goal will be just to get under 160 by Jan 1st. I will decide from there a good way to set up goals. |
