Aim's Goal Hitting December 4 to January 4 Plan and everything in between
okay, I have been perusing the challenges and dipped my big toe in....and was unsuccessful.....i have been as clase as 126 and never made it to 125. Much less the 120 goal!! Which is my REAL GOAL. Today i did not weigh but i will tomorrow...I have been on plan...minus sugar free jello...My stomach has been very sick like flue with out vomit...and I have a constant burn in my belly like someone is putting a cig out in my gut....Last time i weighed i was 131 on the morning....I have changed thyroid hormones to armour last February and lowered the level of hormones in my birthcontrol pill. Thismorning I had 1 egg fried...ham(with the least amount of nitrates i could find).....and one slice of low carb toast. Lunch is tuna salad with mayo and egg and onion on 1 piece of low carb toast and dinner will be a salad i am thinking.... I have a wonderful boyfriend fiance that has been in this with me all the way...the NOT seeing the 120 marker has caused great stress and feelings of failure to me... This has been going on since 2000...SIX FREAKING YEARS>>>> so...I will talk to this plan diary journal thing as if i am talking to myself as a good friend to another.... Here we go....

I am feeling like i need something to eat but i am not hungry....
Kids are testing...I cannot wait for break..IT is so hard to stay on plan when i am so tired...But the fact that i said that is a problem!!! I need to say it just is the way it is and deal with it!!!! So WHAT if it is harder to stay on plan..How hard can it be...you JUST DO IT...eating anything else off plan is not an option...it is like eating poison! okay...wow...worked that one out! |

okay. I found out i have skin cancer....so...no more tanning for me..I know i have tanorexia...becuase tans are thinning and make you look fit...now...i am going to be pasty..I really need to lose weight...
Shallow huh? I felt sorry for myself and I almost went to get a salad at this place i love but it was not what i "planned to eat" so i did not go...bought myself some pureology shampoo instead... my hair is limp...and I can FEEL myself getting paler. Tomorrow I will weight. God, i need some good news. |

Well, I am 132.5 and right before Tom. I feel CRAZY but did not start the prozac or take a water pill...The students are on my nerves....
I need to lose 1.5 pounds per week...Sounds so EASY huh? Well it is dammit! this morning I had a ham slice and 1 egg and low carb break...I have a salad for lunch... salad has artichoke hearts and black olives in it...and feta cheese..I think I am bloated from it lat night. I am not having a desert tonight. I will say that these new pills seem to make me last craving. |

ok...after i ate this....I went to Boston MArket andgot a breast ans some green beans and some creamed spinach...
I can't eat anymore today. The sodium is kicking my ass. I can feel my swelling...I can see it in my fiongers. I am so stupid to have eaten it...then i looked it up and although it is not all that CARB bad...it has soy ...everything HAS SOY! Bostonmarket is now on the shitlist. Shitlist consists of: Boston Market... ANYTHING from Pizza Hut. Taco Bell( aptly nicknamed Taco HELL. |

....and I ate a piece of fish with live oil and parm on it..........TOM HURRY UP AND COME NOW!I am on plan but DANG This is outta control....
This is why i want to take hoodia appetite supressants some time! So......Today I ate ... Breakfast-Ham, fried egg, and 1 piece of loc carb toast. Lunch...I had a salad with feta cheese and onion... later I ate a 1/2 a freaking chicken! and creamed spinach and breen beans and tonight...a small piece of fish with parm baked on it...... I am wanting to take laxitives or somthing...love those eating disorder thoughts.......no more food tonight although i am craving feta cheese... |

okay...I am up this morning to 133. I have not had TOM and I have changed my BCP so we are uncertain as to when TOM will arrive...Oddly enought i felt MUCH lghter and my belly was not bloated at all
Nice change from the late Elvis Presley bloat i had going on 3 days ago. I DID take a water pill this morning and hopefully I will see a real number tomorrow.I am starting to feel the carb fog lift. Today I had 2 eggs fried in coconut oil and 1 slice of low carb toast. Lunch..I have 3 small pices of fish and creen beans. Snack...the rest of the chicken breast from Boston Market. NO DINNER and sugar free jello pudding with Hoodia tonight...My favorite...Butterscotch. |

The diuretic took me down to 128.5. I was retaining so much water due to Tom...This new BCP is weird. IT only has 3 days that are not hormone...weird. I normally start by now but I have not..I have 2 iron pills to take and then sunday i start a new packet. The pills say you may miss your first peiriod...I HATE that...mentally i like the psychologial "relief" and maybe it is physical and hormonal as well....associated with starting. I know ....crazy....That's me.

okay...Today I ate :
Breakfast-2 fried in coconit oil eggs and 2 low carb peices of bread. The bread totaled 10 and the eggs totaled 1.5 probably. Lunch-A huge salad with black olives, feta, cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, lots of vidalia onion, and olive opil and vinegar. IT was delish! Now...I am a bit peckish like PMS wanna eat crap...BUT....I am trying not to eat anything. That ulcer feeling is back ....WTH! also, the tanning salon said they refunded me the $ since they DOUBLE charged me but they will not refund my money due to the skin cancer ![]() |

Tomorrow I will weigh I feel like shittt. Fish and chips were delish...but NOT worth the insta bloat. |

Last night we went to Outback. I ate my regular meal...steak and salad. I am 133.5 this morning and my rings are tight. I had no TOM this month becuase of this new pill. I am bummed beyond belief. I am making cabage lasagna for this week and I am watching carbs again. The water pill took me to 128.5 which i believe is the real weight. MY stoamch looks MUCh flatter...but my eyes are puffy.
So, I will have dinner tonight at Mom and Dad's carb central!!! They are having stew. I will eat the meat...onion and some turnip. Along with some cabbage. Right now my stomach is growling..I will eat a few pieces of celery. Damn...I wonder what I would be at without the Fish and chips. I used to be able to have a weekly treat. Not so much anymore I guess. |

Well, funny enough, I had a mole removed and it turned out to be a ketatosis "something" and it was basically of the "wart" family...you know those weird things we find from time to time on us a "blotch or whatever...where they froze it and it came back fine... well, i have this black mole on my forehead and i went this year to check it out and they said, that is fine and did the once over and said, We would like to check out this mark on your chest. Well, i argued with them. I was like, "I just had that removed and it was a wart...Well, they were adament and low and behold it was skin cancer! Wed i go to find out what their plan of action is. But i was told not to go sunning at all anymore because once you get one..you probably have a few more coming. I tanned almost every day. if you look at my pics in my myspace, there are only a few times i was "dark" and that was with self tanner and tanning beds. I could never be tan enough. Now...I am making friends with self tanners and getting ready for pink white feet ![]() And i need to get where you are at now 126 At 5'6 i like myself at that weight. I am 133![]() |

okay
Today i am assuming i weigh 133.5 again. Breakfast-1 fried egg (in coconut oit) and 2 pieces of nitrate free bacon. 1 piece of low carb toast. Lunch -tuna salad..1 can and i egg and one thick slice of vidalia onion. 2 piece of low carb toast to make my sandwich. I am pretty full..Feeling bloated though. and Tired! I did my spoonful of fiber sure. we will see what happeneds. If i do not lose weight, I am meat and egg fasting. I have 3 days. I will not eat dinner. I will have 1 miller light and a cig. That is it. |

I like myself at 126 or less too. Unfortunately the scale has been up since last Monday when I pigged out. Last week was TOM and the scale still hasn't budged.
![]() I have a big party to attend this weekend. I need to be below 129 by then. I feel your pain girl!! I was thinking of doing 2 M/E days to get the scale back down if necessary. We can do it! If it doesn't move by Wednesday, then Wed and Thursday will be M/E for me only. I hate how easy it is to gain, but not nearly to lose...

I have a big party to attend this weekend. I need to be below 129 by then. I feel your pain girl!! I was thinking of doing 2 M/E days to get the scale back down if necessary. We can do it! If it doesn't move by Wednesday, then Wed and Thursday will be M/E for me only. I hate how easy it is to gain, but not nearly to lose...
Meeeeeee tooooooo!!!!!!! I am going to do a fish, meat, and egg fast for wed - Sat ...Sat night is my party. I was 130.5 this morning....so maybe the bloat is finally going. ![]() |

Tuesday ...exam day...the kiddies are already taking their exam right now. I smoked a bit much last night and my chest hurts. what a drag...ha ha...get it? anyway...I had a small salad last night with oil and vinegar. I was GOING TO NOT A THING but of course i made Bry one and stared picking at it.
yet and still...I am 130.5 this morning with no water pills ...that is great! Funny enough i read a thread here that talked about going to bed with a gurgly tummy even though you were not hunrgy. Well, i got into bed and my belly started and i thought, "I wonder if i am gonna get a whoosh"...I did! I am happy.today i ate: Breakfast-2 eggs fried in coconut oil, 2 strips of nitrate free bacon, and 1 piece of low carb toast. lunch - salad with vidalia onion, tomato, black olives, spring mix lettuce, artichoke hearts, feta cheese and oil and vinegar with italian spices tossed through it. snack..2 little microwaved peices of cheese with cayenne pepper on them. Dinner..A small piece of fish???maybe...I never did get to that beer. |

oh! I was sooooooo jonesing and God looked out for me. I sent a student to go get me peanuts...I was hungry...and he went and no luck with the machine...Then, another kid came in and I sent her down...she said, even a teacher tried....So then i told a student, Hey go get me some peanuts and if they don;t work get me some peanut M & Ms...he came back with the nuts...said he went to a different machine....So i stayed on plan and my sugar leveled out

okat still 130.5 but my belly looks so flat
I am so pleased! I have been doing pilates every day since Sat. I can already see some muscle definition....So the number is not tripping me out that bad I can now feel my hips bones when i lay face down on the floor![]() Breakfast-2 eggs and 2 pieces of nitrate free bacon an 1 and 1/2 slices of low carb toast. Lunch I have broiled fish with a Parm mixture baked o it from Linda Sue's recipe that is to die for ![]() dinner..I dunno..Maybe wings.... |

I LOVE peanuts! Peanut M & M's are great but I'm almost equally satisfied with peanuts!
I've had that parmesean fish recipe on LindaSue's site. It is fantastic. I had it on tilipia. Excellent. You will be at goal in no time. So glad you have the flat stomach. Mine is still slightly (hardly now) puffy. I've been eating Fiber One cereal and think it's helped a lot. I still need to get some psyllium though. I'm not going to do M/E yet. I ate mostly meat tonight, but tomorrow night I plan on having sirloin with sauteed mushrooms and green peps. I lose rapidly on M/E but also gain back the weight even faster! Hoping for a loss for us both tomorrow! |

well, I am 131.5 this morning. Up a pound but i had some sf pudding last night and hot wings for dinner which always blow me up....and the house was hot so i am a bit swollen. Belly still looks much flatter though
IF i took a diuertic i would day i am under 128 But...I am going to wait until Sat. To take it becuase i have that party.I went to the doc re: my skin cancer and he suggested a plastic surgeou. Said he would do the surgery but if i was his wife, he would want plastics....So know I have to try to get a plastic surgeon todo it on my *****ty co pay. anyway....... Breakfast-2 eggs fried in coconut oil, 1 piece of low carb bread and 1 piece of nitrate free bacon. Lunch will be a salad... Snack will probably be some peanuts....in the little package. |

yeah,.me too. Yesterday Carraba's was catered to school for us and i was so good eating onlyu salad.
Then Bry took me too a mexican resurtant and i ate like 3 BOWLS of salsa with of course chips...I was so bloated this morning. 133.5 *****! my eyes look like little slits. So here we go again.... Breakfast-2 eggs and 1 piece of low carb toast. I took a Diflucan to rid any candida that may causing cravings.... lunch...small pack of peanuts. Dinner...Outback0 steak and salad with veggies ![]() |

Here we go again. I have a gathering tonight that will have tons of temptations and a huge party tomorrow. *We can do it though!*
How much of the FiberSure do you take daily? Do you have 3 servings per day, and do you take it every day? Luckily chips and salsa aren't too bad. I overindulged in the peanuts yesterday, along with peanut butter and more.... |
