Thank you, Twyla. I needed this little extra push. I was in the shower, having a conversation with myself about whether I should track or not and then I came up and read this. Breakfast is recorded in ******.

I went through a stack of my Oxygen magazines last night. I'm also going to start adding Whey protein after my workouts. (Tracked in ******, of course. )

Tracked my food today. Have a little wiggle room in case I get hungry tonight for a snack.

Just finished my workout and drank some Whey Protein.

Wow girl I guess I am going to have to get off my arse! That is an inspiring workout!

I am such a wimp. If it gets below 50deg. here I think it's too cold to walk outside.

I have got to get motivated!

Hope you have a great Wed!

Thanks, Monet and DaisyHair.

DH, I love T-Tapp. I need to do it for my back. It makes me feel so amazing. If you go to the T-Tapp page and look at the 60-Day Challenge winners, you can see what it has done for my back.

Tracking, tracking, tracking.... Weight is moving 2 1/2 lbs. since Monday!! We'll see if it stays

Yesterday's Workout: Basic Work Out Plus (BWO+), Thread the Needle, OIP/HF, Awesome Legs

My energy is good!

The sun is shining BRIGHTLY today! What a treat for Ohio! It's balmy at 36 degrees.

I am doing so much better this January than I usually do in January. There are three things that are different this year: I am reading my Bible regularly, I am T-Tapping (didn't start until March 2009), and I am taking Vitamin D. I am sure that they are all working together to improve my mood!

GG, congrats on the loss this week...ON THE FOCUS! That tracking is your ticket with your progress. It helps to keep us accountable for everything we eat, that going by memory or just winging it doesn't quite do. Glad you're having a better January. Commendable choices you're making.

It was warmer here yesterday too. I was able to wash my (filthy) car when I arrived home from work, and it was warm enough to run with only a long-sleeved beefy T-shirt instead of layers and a coat.

Have a great day, girl.

Thank you, Twyla. Your journal and your stopping by here has really helped me.

I am looking at my food journaling as "focus" and not obsession. I used to feel too overwhelmed which led to binging, but not this time. The difference is the thought process. I have a goal and I'm going to get there! 2010 is THE year. If I don't have all the facts, I can't make changes. Otherwise, I'm just wandering around blind.

Today, I get to do BWO+ again.

Roasted a turkey last night so I have lots of nice protein for this week.

Still recording my food in ******! I suppose I have an official weigh-in day and that is Monday. We'll see what it says. I already measure inches on Monday.

Thank you so much, Lisa and Twila!

I had a great day today!

Today was rest day. I took that literally and took a nap. Gotta love a Sunday afternoon nap!

Charted what my cals, carbs, protein, and fat for the week were.

I have my workout schedule made for the rest of the month and it's hanging next to my computer. I think I mentioned this earlier, but I've gone back to marking my kitchen calendar with big Xs every time I work out. It's filling up and that makes me sooooo happy and adds to my momentum. In Ali Vincent's book she talks about gathering evidence "against" yourself to prove that you really are accomplishing and heading towards your goals. My calendar is a big piece of evidence.

I forgot to add that I got some compliments at church today. That always makes one feel better.

I have really been putting some effort into looking my best whenever I go out. I think this comes naturally for some women, but I really need to work at it to make myself do it.
