Tracking, tracking, tracking.... Weight is moving
![]() 2 1/2 lbs. since Monday!! We'll see if it stays ![]() Yesterday's Workout: Basic Work Out Plus (BWO+), Thread the Needle, OIP/HF, Awesome Legs My energy is good! The sun is shining BRIGHTLY today! What a treat for Ohio! It's balmy at 36 degrees. I am doing so much better this January than I usually do in January. There are three things that are different this year: I am reading my Bible regularly, I am T-Tapping (didn't start until March 2009), and I am taking Vitamin D. I am sure that they are all working together to improve my mood!

I had a great day today! Today was rest day. I took that literally and took a nap. Gotta love a Sunday afternoon nap! Charted what my cals, carbs, protein, and fat for the week were. I have my workout schedule made for the rest of the month and it's hanging next to my computer. I think I mentioned this earlier, but I've gone back to marking my kitchen calendar with big Xs every time I work out. It's filling up and that makes me sooooo happy and adds to my momentum. In Ali Vincent's book she talks about gathering evidence "against" yourself to prove that you really are accomplishing and heading towards your goals. My calendar is a big piece of evidence. **** Jan. 16 workout-BWO+, Thead the Needle, OIP/HF, Awesome Legs ***** Here's to a great week! |

I have really been putting some effort into looking my best whenever I go out. I think this comes naturally for some women, but I really need to work at it to make myself do it. |
