Today's been a lazy day so far...not much accomplished. It's a very gray and dreary day outside....and it's only 38! Yesterday, it was so nice and today, yuck!

We've got to go grocery shopping at some point today. Not sure when. I don't like grocery shopping, especially on Sunday afternoons. The stores around here are so crowded, but didn't get there yesterday, so have to go today.

Eating has been on track, water--had 84oz so far today, no exercise yet. That'll be later and today's video is Shape It Up from the Slim series. Just looked at it and it's 78:49 minutes long! Gonna be a long one. That will sure up my minutes of exercise for the month!

Probably should go do that grocery shopping before it gets too late.

Hiya Queen B. It looks like you're getting back into the exercise. I remember you used to do a ton of it. Good for you!

Yeah, have to get back into it...not losing as much as I thought I should be. I did Shape It Up tonight...did I say I was looking forward to the SI6 for a break? Well, not with this one...OMG! 78 minutes of sweating, muscles burning and cursing at the screen! But I did it! Had to take a break every now and then, but for the most part, kept up with them.

Time to shower and then relax for the night. 4AM comes early!

hi Q! Yeah those 78 minute ones are killer aren't they?
I think my favorite of the Slim Series is the "Tone It Up". The weighted workout. Matter of fact. I think I'll break that one out tomorrow. I had started back on the Si6 and got sick. So now I need to get back into it again!

They certainly are!!! I've been doing the rotation that was set up for the Vidiot's challenge way back when. Tonight is supposed to be Turbo Jam Lower Body Jam. That's only 29 minutes, but did a preview of it and it looks like a killer 29 minutes!

Just posted in your journal that I'd like to be in on that challenge. Gotta go look at Barb's journal and see if she's got anything posted there.

Turbo Jam---Lower Body Jam completed for today. Not that bad of a workout. After last night, this one seemed like it was over before I even got started with it.

Had another 30 oz of water with dinner and another during and after the workout. Brings me up to 284 oz of water for the day...so far.

Cleo...thanks for the cheers...I'm sure gonna need it to keep going with this.

I think it's time to call it a night.

Good Evening q,
You are going loco with those Turbo Jam and Slim in Six workouts! Remember to post your measurements at the end of the month. I wonder how many times I'm gonna remind you to do that? It's just that I'm excited for you!
I feel like the 100 oz. of water isn't pouring through me so fast today. But I feel a little more bloated to, so I hope it will get pouring through again.
I copied and pasted the crustless pumpkin pie and the Au Gratin Cauliflower recipes to my Thanksgiving menue. I hope I don't mess them up, having never cooked them before. That would be bad.
Have a great night girlio!

Good morning, SweetE...No problem with reminding me...I need reminders to measure. That seems to be the thing I usually forget about doing. With the water, it seems the more I drink, the less it seems to go through me.
The recipes are very easy to make. Not difficult. The cauliflower one I usually cook until it's a little browned, then let it set for a few minutes before serving. The pumpkin pie is very easy to make. I just followed the recipe, didn't change anything at all.
Just looked at the temp....it's 55 already and it's only 4:30AM. This weather is crazy! One day it's near 70, then in the 30's, now today it's supposed to be mid 60's. No wonder a lot of kids are getting sick.
Well, better go get ready for the day. I didn't get up early enough to do the 20 minute Turbo Jam this AM I forgot to re-set my alarm before bed last night. Will definitely do that tonight before bed.
Have a great day!

Good morning, Sheshy, wanna, Deblyn, and MsTerry--Turbo Jam is going pretty good. Terry, thanks for the invite...luckily I made it just in time for the encore at Sheshy's place last night! Glad I didn't miss that one.

Last night, did Slim and Limber. Got home late, had a nail appt, so didn't really have time to do a long workout, PLUS, I haven't had a day off from the long ones in a while, so thought that would be a good idea.

Got up this AM earlier and completed Turbo Jam 20 minute. Now it's time to get ready for work. I'll check in after work.

Have a great day!

What time do you go to bed? Cause you seem to get up very, very early. I have to hand it to ya for getting up so early and doing a workout. I don't start m workout until I've been up for an hour. I wish I could get myself up earlier though, I might have to try it some time.
Have a great day!

I'm usually in bed by 10PM...sometimes it's later....sometimes earlier. This AM I got up at 3:45AM so I could do the 20 minute workout before getting ready for work. I usually do my workout in the evening, after dinner. Have one planned for later tonight too.

Work was great! I really love working with the middle school and high school students. Only thing is...teenage boys...let me tell you, the most innocent sounding question can send them off into a fit of laughter followed by, "I don't think my answer would be appropriate, so I better think of another one."...but I enjoy working with all of them. Makes it really interesting at times.

I have been called nuts many times, so I guess that I am....I gave it a try this AM...not sure if it's gonna last or not. I'm no worse for the wear today and was actually more energetic during the day than normal. May have something to do with the exercise in the AM, maybe not. I'll try again tomorrow and see.

Tone It Up done for tonight. Having a bit of trouble typing with arms shaking a bit from the weights. I never realized just how weak my arms were until I started doing these workouts with the weights. I'm only using 3lb wts and I'm feeling it!

Hey q,
That is not enough sleep! How on earth do you do it?
I know what you mean about middle school boys. They think the same things are funny as a five year old does. They totally regress! At least mine did. Big old goof balls. Middle school is wild, they come in looking like little kids and leave with adult bodies. Those teachers deserve the highest pay, since they have to deal with that crazy hormonal period.
I think I got a little off track again...I do that a lot!
Have a good night night!
