You can't post pictures in siggy lines. I think they can only go in the avatar space and on your profile. It's to keep the siggy's from becoming too unwieldly visually.

It's a lot busier, but I'm serious, you get to feel comfortable here pretty quickly. Take the board a few forums at a time. Introduce yourself on the main forum. People want to meet you! Then have fun! I've noticed people here are really friendly and there is a lot of support, regardless of weight loss plan. There are a lot of Atkineers here, too, and I'd venture a guess that they're probably the most numerous. A lot of people tend to stick to the challenge forums, the chat lounge and the journals.

I believe this site is owned by or funded through netrition, so my only real advice is don't link to off-board with competing products or websites. (I accidentally listed an online book order place and didn;t realize it was a no-no)

Other than that, I want to see Barb's pictures! I need some inspiration to kick my butt back in gear.
