I found the journal..yeah

Lets see where to start and what to say. Well first I finally have a smile on my face because I found you all....

Its hard when you are emotionally supporting yourself, your kids, your husband overseas...etc. etc..

But now, I can do this and stay inspired because LIFE IS GOOD!

I went to the gym this AM taught class, did rolling hills on the true stepper (that horrific one that you really climb actual stairs) for 20 minutes level 10, and then will run later/walk later. Did the tanning bed for 20 minutes of ME time. WHOO HOOO!

Heading out to Walmart with the kids later and to search for new Chirstmas decor. Love that. Its hard to get inspired though when its 70-80 degrees here! Wont complain though! Love keeping the tan all year round.

I gained my 10 pounds back after my knees started to ache and I started to eat what I was fixing for the kids...AGGGHHH.

Definite no no. Now I am paying for it. I am at that stage where I am sick and tired of yo-yoing. I want my husband, when he is home everytime to walk off that airplane and say WOW there is my wife. He does anyway, as I am way way lucky but its that keeping the marriage NEW when he is away traveling where there are women wanting military men...you know the drill....wanting to come to the states and will do anything to get there...

I guess you could say my self confidence is not the best. You dont feel sexy or even attractive after a full day with 20 five year olds and then coming home to kids as well...you feel not so pretty and exhausted! Whoe is me right...

I think this is going to be great for me! I thank everyone and cannot wait to see how everyone is doing. It was the first thing I did this AM...and it made me
