Who would have know! Specially that I'm doing Induction to re-start eating after having done K/E for 1 month and half, and having reached my goal. Listening to my hunger this morning
Scrambled 3 eggs with mayo, had half of it and put it aside Will see if later on, I still feel like eating it Will stick to Kimkins food, when hungry Had kimkins food yesterday and did not have night sweat |

119 this am, back to normal
Baked and had chocolate chips cookies last night. It was good, but not as good as expected Listening to my hunger today, did not eat much and went out for lunch with Analu, had omelet queso and didn't finish it. Strange... And then, out of testing myself, I grabbed the jam-peanut butter jar in the fridge and started to eat it with a spoon, got to about 8 tsp and stoped. Was good but I don't think I will eat it again. It is almost as if foods doesn't challenge me anymore now that I know I can have it all. Strange isn't it? |

Well,
Had fish and chips yesterday at the Claps and one piece of my chocolate cake and the scale is up to 121.5 this am. Went for a 3km run and had sushi tonight. Did listen to my hunger and did pretty well, I think. But I don't like the feeling of a full tummy and I'm having problems to sleep well at night. And during the day, I cannot seem to be able not to take a nap... |
