Hello Everyone,
I have been following Atkins for almost three years now. I lost 48 pounds the first six months and then started doing it my and and well my way led me down the wrong path. Just like it had been doing for the last 10 years. Anyway, I gained back 40 of those pounds over the last year and a half. What was I thinking? This go around I've lost 14 pounds and am excited about losing a lot more. Something I haven't been able to do in the past was make myself leave the induction phase. Now I am on rung one. I have been there a while, but I'm planning on moving up the rungs and getting this weight off for good.
My first priorities in life are my husband and three children. Luckily they support me in every aspect of this WOE.
So here I go, and I hope you will join me.

Did my WATP walk/kick this morning. Last night I even walked for thirty minutes while watching tv. I don't know what has gotten into me, but I like it. Well, I need to get back to my daily grind.

SweetE! You rock for doing your exercise this morning! I am so proud of you! It's pretty awesome when you feel like something has become a habit and you don't want to shake those happy vibes from doing it!

It is wonderful to see you here, prospering in Atkins, healthy, happy, and, above all, kicking fat to the curb from your new-found tv-while-exercising addiction (the only way I can get through it!)

Hi Heidi! I hope all is going well with you gf.

SweetE, I like it here a lot. It's a big place at first, but then it starts feeling like home pretty quickly. I like that there are a lot of Atkineers here, too, for a board with so many different plans! I'm so glad you're feeling more at home. I find that I just stick to a few forums at a time and that helps a lot. {{{Sweet}}}
