Austlyn's Page!!!!!
Hi Everyone! This is my new Journal!
I am not new to Atkins! I know I have talk about this numerous times. I seem to do good until I feel good and then wham I fall. So here I am once again to retry. I know I will do good not that is not really my problem when I reach 250 and am feeling really great then I will have to watch it. I love Atkins I think it is a great plan. So here I am. As of today I still weigh 285 My long term goal is 120pounds my short term goal is 250 35 pounds. I am going to to start induction clean tommaro been adding too many carbs.
