Hi there,
I am on the south beach diet since 25 june 2006 and i just went back to phase I after I got back from my vacation in the states. to many temptations where waiting there for me. I went there three weeks long, and the first week i only ate lc stuff (btw you guys have so much lc stuff - its awesome) but at the second and third week my fiance showed my alle the fast food restaurants and we went out for dinner with his family very often. well i could have picked lc menues but well i didnt thats why after my return to germany i went straight back to phase I and lost the 4 pounds i gained and even 4 more and that in only two weeks phase I. i am very happyso now i would like to have a journal here, since i have some in german lc forums, but i need to learn a little english for the future. so here is my plan for today: phase II (49 days left until I go back to the states) b: 1/2 slice of whole wheat bread with tomato-chili-cream cheese, sugarfree strawberry jam and a blueberry milkshake (milk, frozen blueberries and splenda) l: paprika-mushroom-feta cheese salad d: woodruff jello with vanillesauce (milk, vanilla protein powder, splenda, vanilla blend) i hope you guys leave my some advices, criticize me if i do anything wrong or just support me. i will go now and check out your journals now. have a good day. |

You are doing great if you only gained 4 pounds! I just popped in to say Hello! I am struggling to get back on track after eating some Halloween candy! Trying Day 1 again today
