Soons last chance to be healthy!

I've tried every "diet" there is and made some up of my own
I have to get healthy facing HBP H colseteral (sp) diabetes, Muscular Distrophy and a lot of other probs if I dont get this weight off
I found the website to greysheeters and this is my final try to do this "on my own"
with G-D's help I will be sucessful
1st day of Abstance
b'fast (10:30 am)
1 egg fried in butter flavored "pam"
1 slice bacon "nuked"
15 seedless grapes
Lunch (4:00pm)
4 oz (raw) 90/10 ground meat broiled
1 cup broc (cooked veggie)
1 finger salad (6 baby carrots)
Supper (8:00pm)
4 oz (raw) 90/10 ground meat broiled
1 cup broc (cooked veggie)
2 cups salad with 8 TBSP homeaid honey mustard dressing
(spicy brown mustard, rred wine vinager, 1 PKG Equal)
drinks Diet Pesi, and Sam's clearly American sparkling water
black cherry flav, and mandarin orange flav,

I could have written what you wrote almost word for word. I'm dealing with some of the same issues as you are - high cholesterol, diabetes. If I don't do this on my own, I have to go on meds, and I refuse to let that happen. I'm getting there, but still have a ways to go. But if I can do this, you definately can. I'm not on the same plan as you, but whatever plan works for you is the one you should be on. Just wanted to offer my support. One day at a time, one meal at a time.

I've tried everything as a Foodaholic its hard you can give up alch but you gotta have food to live. I guess you could say I'm scared straight!!

todays menu
Brekky
1/2 a pattie sausage
1 "pam" fried eggs
15 grapes
Lunch (ate a supper menu)
1 brosted chicken breast
1 cup green beans (cooked veggie)
1 cup splenda coleslaw
Supper
1 brosted chicken breast
1 cup broc
finger salad (4 celery sticks)
drinks DDrP, clearly american Kiwi Strawberry

Ps yesterdays salad dressing was "2" TBSP NOT 8!!!

Update after the weekend
stayted OP til Sun and the time change totally messed me up I ate supper way too early and needed to eat again I made air popped popcorn with butter falvored Pam and that started my cravings
the next thing I ate was SF Jello instant cheesecake and it made me sick worse than Sf Hershey bars I guess I learned my lesson
well since then I am having a hard time staying Abstant I guess there was enought sugars in the Jello to keep me craving...
I'm not eating bad just too much..

I have found out that I cant claim to be abstaint until I have a sponsor
but starting today "stickin" to plan the best I can until I can get with a sponsor
todays menu
b'reky

lunch
4oz chicken breast
1 cup saute' onions and bell peppers
3 celery sticks
Supper
chix salad
(4 oz chik, 2 cups green salad, 3 TBSP mayo)

2 oz saute'd onions (with "pam")
4 oz "" Bell peppers ""
2 oz SF salsa
8 oz salad
Supper
same as above but with 16 oz of salad
dressing homeade "Honey-mustard" almost empty spicy brown mustard bottle, red wine ving, and 1 AS pkg
