Way too much time on my hands!

Soonies ME&CH journey
Started doing Meat, Eggs & Cheese on
10-16-06 215/215/145 10/19/06 215/209/145 also started walking on my treddie but had to lay off due to uper resp (cough and cold) but will start back as soon as able want to do 5 miles a day Basic menu Breky 3 eggs (fried or scrambled sausage or bacon (sometimes 1 slice cheese and salsa) Lunch lunchmeat and cheese roll-ups or tuna/chick salad Supper bunless cheeseburger or "brosted" chick or crockpot BBQ snacks (rarely) jerky HB eggs deviled eggs Porkskins |

TOM!!
went for my monthy carbfest!! DH insists he says it makes me easier to l'Live with" went to Tamolly's Mexi cafehad chips and salsa Guac salad (ate with fork) Polo Monteray (chik breast , motz cheese, onion, bell pepper, mushies) didn't eat rice or beans DC supper jerky and DC weight holding steady walked 1.8 miles for my walk across america (see exercise board) |

10/23/06 (I only post from work)
did good on Sat not so good on Sun back to the coal mine on Mon (back to ME&CH) weigh in today 213 *TOM weight * end of TOM today so I hope weight will come off. |
