to the Journal boards. This is the best way to meet your goals and stay on track.What plan are you doing? Is it Lean For Life? Also, it looks like you are weight training. Do you get tired when lifting on your protein days (minus any carbs)? Some people say they do, others say they feel just fine. Either way....looks like you made goal and now wanting to tone up. Day of truth for me as I add in a fruit and grain. Both things I have been without since Jan 1! Day looks like this for now but subject to change as I have a gym trip I HOPE planned for ellip. and Body Pump. B: muffin, yogurt L: 2 cups of lettuce with 2 slices fat free turkey and reduced fat swiss. Dressing is a homemade mustard/oil dressing. 1/2 grapefruit. D: up in the air. Checked ketosis 2 times yesterday and stayed in
![]() Weight Loss Day 2 B:muffin and mock rice pudding L:2 cups romaine, 2 slices of deli turkey, 1/2 grapefruit Ken's Lite Caesar dressing D:4 oz grilled fillet mignon, 2 cups romaine w/ Kens' dressing I made a meatloaf for the family last night and saved a slice in case I get hungry. It contains ground turkey 80% of it is that and then about 20% is ground round (90/10), chili spice, sprinkling of oats, 1 egg, and a very light brush of ketchup. If I get hungry in the late afternoon that may be my snack WT: 110.8

I'm ecstatic that you stopped by to see me there there I am only speculating on how I feel. I haven't weighed. I will weigh tomorrow and after that I am going back to weighing daily. I had wanted to give it a week to see how I liked it and.....I don't I agree with what you said about being able to make some quick changes if the scale shows something outside of the normal ups/downs (hopefully mostly downs )You remain to be my inspiration and I rely so much on you and your experiences. I don't know anyone more dedicated than you when it comes to committing to something Hope you had a good time at the gym. WOW been busy and forgetting to post. Everything has been good. 2 weeks down
![]() Yesterday was a protein day. Had fat free yogurt (flavored w/ lemon extract and sweetzfree), a hot dog at the community cookout (minus the bun and they were Hebrew Nationals), yogurt again for a snack, beef patties (jalapeno bubba burgers grilled). Money is REALLY tight do to my oldest going away to a JROTC trip this next weekend. Cost us $125 along with costumes for the kids and we have about $20 for groceries to last 10 days! Looks like lots of eggs...... After thinking about it I just made myself really depressed and down. But such is life and ya just have to make do with what ya got. One reason I am back in school. Tired of always not having enough and always having to say no (to simple things like a pair of shoes). OK enough whining as it is just upsetting me again. We will be ok ![]() Today is back to a weight loss day. Looks like this: Today's meals: B: Steel cut oats with pureed cottage cheese added (G,P) L: Grilled turkey loin, Romaine, Homemade dressing, 1/2 grapefruit (P,L,F) D: Shrimp, Zucchini, Romaine, dressing....(P,L) Wt 109 |
