Hi everyone. I haven't been here in a while. I was coming here alot back in 2002 for alot of support doing lowcarb and lost almost 100 pounds. I was fianally happy with myself. Able to wear cloths I had never been able to before, go to the beach and not not be ashamed, go out and do things with friends and my family. Now here I am 4 years later 27 pounds heavier than I was when I started before. I'm not even sure what happenened. It was slowely at first. It was up and down. I was controlling it somewhat then it just kept going up and before I knew it I'm where I am now. I have 3 boxes of cloths I can't wear and fiannaly snapped Friday night when the size 18's I had to buy a month ago are so tight I can't breath. My huband and I joined a gym about 5 months ago and I went at first a few times then stopped. I usually say " I'll start Monday" well I woke up on Saturday and started lowcarbing again. Enough is enough. I'm bringin sexy back!!
I went to the gym Mon, Tue and today. I am so sore I can barely move but I feel really good. I've lost 5 pounds since Saturday. I'm having hubby hide the scale till Saturday mornings cause I'm addictided. I'm gonna do this again! I have to!

I am shooting for a 100 pound loss by then.. so wish me luck.. hehe.. can't wait to get to know ya.. maybe we live close??? That would be cool.. hugssssss ![]() |

Day 2
Well Day 5 on my new plan. Down 1 more pound. 6 in 5 days. TOM around the corner. Went to the gym again this morning. gonna take tomorrow off, give my muscles a rest.
Monet, Thanks for the welcome, I'm origanally from Indiana and moved to Florida for 12 years and me and my family just moved back here 5 months ago. Forgot how cold it gets! |

My weigh in day. 9 pounds this week!!
I'm sure it will slow down now. But it will keep going down. I feel really confident this time. I have been trying to do this for 5 months. This is the first Saturday in 5 months I hav'nt said oh forget it I'll start back Monday. |

Monday
Scale hasn't moved since Satureday. I need to stay off of it. I get discouraged. TOM started today. I didn't work out over the weekend either. I don't feel good today but still went to the gym and did 30 min on treadmill and a little lower body. Felt sick to my stomach so quit early. I'm not weighing myself till Saturday morning. I want to get a tape measure too. I want to start body flexing again too. That worked before.

2 more pounds gone today!
I went to the gym yesterday. I usually do 30 min of a cardio machine and my cousin showed up after 15 min. so we were talking and I went an hour on the treadmill. The last 15 min. at an incline Yikes, that was killer. Then I did a few sets of arms on the machines and 100 sit ups. Very good work out day. Plus I have an aweful cold and still got through it. |

I'm really bummed today! The scale says I gained 2 pounds! I don't know how thats possible. TOM is gone. The only thing I did different was melt a very little riccotta cheese on my burger last night. I got it from the legal stillman recipes so I thought it was ok, but 2 pounds??
I seriously need to stay off the scale except for my weigh days, I get so discouraged! |

hey Tina.. are you drinking a lot of water? had anything salty? and believe it or not .. some people just cant have cheese..
.. there are a few ladies on here who cant have much or they show a gain.. other then that.. I dunno..I wish you the very best hun.. .. hang in there and don't give up!!![]() |

Well my 2 pounds are gone again. Weird. I do drink alot of water. Cheese never really affected me before but I am seeing a slower loss lately. I did notice that hubby bought me lo fat cottage cheese instead of fat free, that could have been the problem. I thought it tasted better but didn't notice the container

Feeling like crap yesterday and today. I'm so sleepy. No motivation. Haven't been to the gym in 4 days.
Went Halloween costume shopping for the kids today and that pooed me out. Hope I'm not coming down with something. |
