Well, I have decided to jump on the wagon and do a journal. Maybe this will help me.

I have always had a weight problem. But then like in early 1980's, I did alot of clubbing in New York (where I grew up) and my weight went down to like 135 to 140. People used to say I looked anorexic - I even taught aerobics three times a week!!! But I am big-boned so I look good at even 160. Well, then I started drinking alot and eating junk. I moved down to Florida because I was afraid I would turn into a major coke head because that was all everyone was doing way back then in my circle. My cousin offered me a place to stay in Boca Raton so I ended up here. My weight was like about 150-155 during that time so I was still looking good. Then I met my DH (now ex) and got pregnant right away - went up to 165 after I delivered and stayed there for a while then got pregnant again and this time my marriage was really shaky, so I ate to my heart's content and ballooned up to 214 before I delivered. I did get back to like 175 and stayed there for several years. Then my ex stopped paying child support and things were tough so I started drinking lots of wine and eating and went up to 195. Then, in 1999 I went on Atkins and got back down to 160. Got engaged and thought my life was wonderful. Mike moved down to Florida and we built a house. Well, he turned out to be a lazy drunk. Oh, sure he worked but he would come home and have a few, chain smoke and then eat a huge meal and go to bed. He gained alot of weight and I also started to. I got up to 213 in no time. We broke up in 2005 - I bought him out of the house and he moved back to NY. Still could not lose the weight, then this past June I got pancreatitus and ended up in the hospital for like 3 weeks and lost like 18-20 pounds which I have kept off but still need to lose like 35 more. So I am starting today, September 26, 2006!!! I know what to do now I need to do it!

Ok - I did sort of good today.

B - 3 hb eggs

L - grilled chx strips with veggies

D - omelet??

then someone brought in a choc cream pie and I HAD TO TASTE IT!!

I am going to work out tonite - anyway..............
