My Mini Goals....

For those of you who read this, here is a little bit about me. I have always been a very slow loser. This is the first time really giving all I got to doing LC. I always thought it would be much harder to do but really, I have had little to no problems so far. I have pcos, Hyperglycemia, Insulin Resistance and I will become a Diabetic in the future. The Doctor says LC is the "ONLY WAY" I can get this weight off and keep it off ! After this first week My whole attitude has changed for the better. I seen that it is really working Down 7.2 LBS. Nobody knows just how happy this makes me. I want to be thin again so bad, be the person my husband married. I will get there, one day at a time and I will not give up until I reach my final goal no matter how long it takes me. I am setting mini goals for myself.
sw - 224.4
Here is the first: 10/7 *214.4
11/4 *204.4
12/2 *194.4
(haven't been this low in years!!!) 12/30 *184.4

Today is Monday and I feel pretty good...My stomach is a little smaller . I did weigh myself again to day and I was the same, which is ok as long as something comes off by the end of the week !

Yes, I do exercise. Right now I have been doing Tae-Bo and resistance bands. I also am trying to work in... walks 1-2 miles at least once a week but try to do more. Since I started lc, I have been helping remodel my home...painting, putting new windows in, moving building materials around the yard and helping with each project while tending to my children. So, I have been busy...lol

Just finished 2 weeks and lost about 1 lb. I did cheat a little but plan to do better this coming week. My total lost now is 8 pounds. I plan to walk today...if the weather permits. My goal this week is to lose 2 pounds, so I can make my first mini goal of 10 lbs lost.

I got my walk in and did 1 1/2 miles...not bad.

I have done bad the past week and a half. I didn't stick to any diet, ate what i want and I feel so bad ! I am so mad but Nobody to blame but myself !!!! Got so busy, in the car all day getting materials for my home remodeling. No time for cooking etc...so i ate out. The good thing is, i tried to eat healthier food choices. when I get paid today I plan to head right to the store and get stocked back up on lc foods. The bad thing is I am not done getting materials but this time I will prepare myself, take snacks and prepare my dinner in the morning or night before and all I will have to do is heat it up when I am ready for it.

I have started up again 10/15. I plan to really try and stick to low carb as much as I can. If I really work at it, I know I can still make my first goal by christmas.

today is 10/16 and I have lost 2lbs. The bad part is, when I fell off the wagon I had gained 5 lbs back but at least I got 2 of that off already, right? LOL. I just need to lose 3 more pounds and I will be back where I was. I know I can do it, I am really trying to stick with it and so far it has gone very well. I have high hopes of getting at least the 3 pounds off by the end of the week, if not more!!

Today is going good so far. Haven't lost any today but still the same weight. It has only been 3 days and down 2 pounds so that is good!! I will cross my fingers and pray for results tomorrow morning..lol

No weight lost today . I have been doing good on my plan and feel I should have lost something more by now. I am getting frustrated . If I don't see results by the end of the week, I am going to be so mad . I hope I see the scale move tomorrow .
