ok, well Tuesday when i weigh in I was 175. I decided that was WAY to much for me to weigh and that if I did not get a hold on it I was going to be seeing the 180's and I just couldnt see that number again. So, I started doing m/e.

Tuesday~175
Wednesday~did not weigh b/c I was going to wait til Tuesday to weigh again
Thursday~172.5~I have in
Friday~171.5~and again~the scale is my addiction!!

4 days down on M/E and I am down 5 lbs!!!! WOOO HOOOOOOOOO

ok, so today we are suppost to go to my moms for Christmas. Yes, in January. And on the hottest day we have had in awhile...53 today!!
Well, they were out of town, then sickness, then a death, then a sickness. So now we are just getting time to celebrate it together.
And we are having Salad and Spaghetti and bread I am sure!
I will watch what I eat today. Then have a HUGE salad and try to eat mostly the meat and no bread.

This is going to be hard because this is one of my FAV carby meals. But I ca not mess up my loss now!!

Good morning sweetie - awesome job on that 4 lbs. Just keep that in mind when you're at mom's. That's a fabulous loss!!! I have to admit spaghetti is one of my favorites too so I would find it difficult. Maybe she'll use Dreamfield's??

Candy~no portion limit, no cheese, and i am staying on it as long as i can. I dont want to long because it may lead to a binge.
