I haven't read the other post that Mel was talking about...but I am sorry that you are having troubles... I want you to know that I am a big believer in spending quality time with the spouse away from the kid(s). You've got to do it.
This is the reason: The best gift you can give your kids is to be in love with each other. Let me repeat that... The best gift you can give to your kids is to be in love with each other.---That does not just happen. I've been married for sixteen years to the same man. My dh and I have had our unconnected times and good times...and have had to really work at spending time with just each other. It helps us reconnect. It helps us have time to remember why we fell in love in the first place.It gives us time to share new experiences together. It helps us have time to communicate what's on our minds. And...that keeps us strong as a couple... My girls have stayed with both sets of grandparents as young as 3 weeks...and I was breastfeeding... I just saved up some milk. Our girls have an extremely bonded relationship with their grandparents because of the overnight stays they've had with them. My husband and I are so close because of the priority we've given the "couple" part of our marriage. --Our marriage isn't perfect, there isn't such a thing... but dh and I know that we will be chasing each other around the house when we are old and gray...

Take the time to devote to just each other!

Maybe you need to tweak your plan, ya know????HHHHHHHmmmmmmmm.....something like South Beach maybe? Maybe restricting too much would send you off to binge.

Pssstt! I worked at Jenny Craig for a summer and learned how to tweak it. That's where I learned about WW, Atkins and a whole bunch of diets

Shhh don't tell.
