ok, i am FAR from skinny but I am noticing progress in my stomach.
I have ALWAYS had a flat stomach even though I have never been little. I looked in the mirror sideways and my stomach is going down. I have that thing they call a apron from my pregnancy/c-section but it seems to be going away. I noticed the other day my stomach was all smooshy and then I read something about that meaning that you will have a woosh...well I did 1.5 lbs. Not a big one. But I didnt really think about any of this till I saw my stomach. Yes, I still have it but its smaller!! I think. WHo know what I will think tomorrow but its all good for today.

What do you think...check out the above pics.

But for real though I plan on having a salad with chicken when I have breakfast. I am just not hungry!!

YET! I wanted eggs but we ate them all yesterday at breakfast. I didnt think about getting more...PLAN PLAN PLAN. and i would have had them this morning.

Sounds great Tonia!!!

I have 4 really large chicken breasts laid out to grill up this evening, so, when I do that, I'll actually be able to cut them in half and have 8 meals from them ready to go!!! Then, I'm picking up salad-in-a-bag tonight and I'll portion that out into 2-cup servings and just be able to "grab and go" for dinner & lunches!

That is what I did. I got a bag of chicken..already cooked. Throw it in the microwave, throw in a handful of salad, some ranch and I have a no brainer meal...and my favorite meal or one of them too!!

I was just over in the challenge reading.. and I have to say,, I know what your talking about

..My dad and I are not close.. he and my mom divorced before I was a year old.. he already had another woman and a lil brother in the oven,.,, then they moved to Florida,,, he lived there all of my childhood years.. my brother and I would go there during the summers.. up until I was in the 2nd grade and my mom re married.. then my dad and his family would come here to Indiana when they could.. I don't remember them coming much.. but as I got a little older.. they tried to come up for a few weeks in the summers.. I don't remember getting letters of phone calls when I was little.. not even birthday cards..

..I remember my Senior year I wrote him a letter and told him I expected him to be here for my graduation.. if he wasn't going to be here.. don't worry about being there when I got married.. Harsh I know.. but I was hurt..

They came..

..for a week.. then went back home to Florida.. they moved back to Indiana when my oldest son was 2.. we lived in the same town and hardly seen each other.. till this day I may see him once or twice a year.. matter of fact... my brother Rodney came over last Sunday and told me he talked to dad and said that dad and his wife where going to Florida for the winter.. they left yesterday... did anyone call me and let me know this.. NO.. isn't that sad..

a few weeks ago.. we went to visit them.. before that we hadn't seen them since last year at Christmas.. I know its more then you have seen your daddy.. but I wanted you to know that I know how you feel..

it may be a man thing.. I don't know.. but his wife could have called me.. we have always gotten along.. oh well..

my friend Beth doesn't understand either.. her and her father are very close.. but he has been there for her all her life.. where mine hasn't.. even though I am an adult now.. I still don;t pick up the phone very often to call him.. in my mind.. he is the adult.. he should call me if he loves me..... maybe I look at it wrong.. but.. a lil girl who didn't have her daddy around.. always has a broken heart.. you know what I mean?

anyway.. I am glad you got to talk to your daddy .. I hope you both continue to have this communication,,,
