*blush*

I have legggs...

I've such a hard time seeing my loss, and always thought I'd forever have chunky legs. I STILL see that heavy girl...

Taking and looking at pics is the only thing that makes things "real" as my body image is still greatly distorted... I thought I still had those "sturdy" legs... *blushhhhhh*

Thanks Flutterbyu!!!

Yes, working out has been a real uplifting part of my day. I love how quickly my body is changing... Though most exciting to me, it just feels SO good.

I was a solid six when I first started working out.

I've been maintaining my weight, and am now a loose size six and also in fours. I beleive that the Firm will definetely take me down into a comfortable solid size four, with toning up so much.

I don't really care to say I'm any particular size. I know that I don't want to lose anymore... I'm really happy where I am. Now, it's just time to become super toned.

Flutter, the only thing that's gotten me back to loving excercise is by saying I'm going to do it!!! And I'm going to love it!!!... *laugh* and soon I really do...

Your welcome for everything on the Scarsdale Thread. Really, for me, that's what this is all about. Helping other's refind that hope and aspire high, and reaching dreams higher then they could imagine... That's what makes this all worth it to me..

Y'all inspire me every day.

Suna, I wished you lived near me as a point person to exercise with and to motivate. I desire to have your will power, but by lunch time, stress hits me and atkins is out the window. I guess it all depends on how much I want to lose the weight.

Tommyswife,

Remember - I've BEEN where you are. I've BEEN there for a LONG time. I KNOW what your going through. I was lucky to make it until lunch, and a miracle if through dinner, and I felt like I could walk on water if I made it a full two
days. *snicker*

Though I'm telling you - YOU CAN DO THIS. YOU CAN.

Take it one MEAL - one hour - one minute at a time. Though tell yourself that YOUR going to do this. Fight your way through this. Your SO worth it.

I'm here to help you. I'm not by LA, though I'm just a PM away, so in ways, that's even closer... I'll PM you every day 2-3 times a day if that's what YOU need. I'm game if you are. You WILL succeed and I AM going to help you.

Have you thought of trying another plan?... Just curious as to what you've tried. Maybe something else would be a better "fit"....

You tell me you can't do this - Though I'm telling you YOU WILL.

And pretty soon you'll be saying I AM!!!

I've tried M/E, Lean 4 Life, Body 4 Life, etc. All the programs are excellent if you work them. I have entitlement attitude and always feeling that's it's okay this time and I'll restart later. I've been doing this for approx a year. I desperately need to do some sould searching and find alternate ways of dealing with stress.

Yesterday - Dinner Accountability

Chicken breast with salsa, zuchinni grilled onions, few sips of apple juice (from our orchard)

And a little later - tablespoon of natural PB with cinnamon and splenda

1.5 liters of water for the day. The day before I drank 2 liters. Not a lot of water to some, though I'm not a water drinker, so seems like much to
me!... *laugh*

Yes, all plans are excellent, though one must be in the right frame of mind, or hold tight and push through until you reach that point.

YOUR GOING TO DO IT!!!!

Which plan has "felt" like the best fit for YOU????...

Good for you, no more diet sodas. I can't do that yet, I love pepsi jazz.

I'm doing atkins 72, which is the program that's worked so well for me in the past. As you suggested, I'm taking it one day, one hour and one meal at a time.

Alright, you need to be accountable for those meals, so make sure your posting what your eating. Start an Accountability Thread here, to journal your eats.

What did you have for breakfast? Lunch? What is your plan for dinner? Do you snack? If so, do you have those snacks prepared and at your ready?...

I personally couldn't attack both my eating issues and excercise at the same time. I felt it would have been overbearing and would have chased me away.

Are you excercising? Even light walking would help with clarity of mind and help you destress in a way that is healthy. Amazing what fresh air will do for your spirits... *grins*

Your GOING to do this. THIS IS IT!!!!
DOn't frown at those stats, for that just means your success will be that much GREATER!!!!!

None of this "I think I can..." Because YOU. ARE.

FOR YOU.

FOR YOUR HEALTH.

FOR SOLACE & JOY OF HEART.

YOU WILL.

EEK! You're journaling!

You know I had to visit ya.

How's the Firm going? I've had The Firm 5-Day Ab workout tape for about 5 yrs now and can never get past the first 10 minutes! It's rough. So I've been hesitant about purchasing another one but always hear great reviews about their workouts. It seems to be working great for you.

Fours? Whoa. You look phenomenal! Love the color coordination you did with the shirt and lipstick.

To Finish Yesterday's Accountability:

Dinner

2 boneless chicken thighs, with melted pepperjack cheese, topped with mushrooms and salsa

slice of wheat bread with natural PB, cinnamon and splenda for a snack in the evening

2 liters of water for the day. I want to be able to drink more, though I feel filled up to the gills with just 2 liters.
