WOE: chew and swallow down the throathole
My pants are busting....

I contemplated going back and posting in my old weight loss journal, but have decided to wipe the slate clean and do a complete redo. No need rehashing the drivel from before. I want a new start. I am guesstimating my weight at 360 lbs. I weighed last week and it was 354. I am just going to say 360 to get the ball rolling. Hard to admit to regaining 60 pounds I worked so hard to lose. I can only be happy that I haven't gained it all back and then some.

Today is day one for me in my 2 week inductions, so far so good. I am heading to the gym around 2:30-3:00. I took my vitamins, my blood pressure medicine, my antibiotic, and have so far drank 40 ounces of water. Breakfast was 2 eggs, 1 ounce of cheese, and a sausage patty. I'm thinking lunch is going to be some tuna fish w/ mayo, hardboiled egg, and some dill relish...salad on the side. Need to stop at Wal-Mart and pick up some salad mix without carrots in it.

I have the following mini goals:

1st mini goal-Make a plan! COMPLETED!

2nd mini goal-Strict two weeks of induction (it's only 2 weeks out of my life. How freakin' hard is that?)-Bath and Body Works baby

3rd mini goal-Go to the gym and workout as much as possible according to work schedule for one month-New Swimsuit

4th mini goal-25lbs lost-Pedicure
5th mini goal-Sticking to my plan for one month-Tanning package


My plan:
Induction 2 weeks/OWL-moving up the carb ladder/Maintenance (WW).
Exercise every day possible in accordance with work schedule.
Drink at least 100 oz of water a day.
Take my vitamins and blood pressure medicine daily.
Post something daily in my journal.
