I thought I would start posting again on a more regular basis again. I just got back from 3 days on a business trip in Minneapolis Minnesota. It was nice to go from the 110 degree days in Arizona to it only being 70-80 degrees in MN. My eats were not good while I was out of town. I did not have time to the way I wanted to at all. But now I am back home and will be back on track. I was able to lift weights a couple of times while I was at the hotel they had a pretty nice fitness room at the hotel. So far today my eats are back on track and I will be lifting weights tonight.
My last workout was the following: Warm up: 10 minutes cardio on treadmill Bench press: 3X10 Incline bench press; 3X10 Machine flys: 3X10 Triceps pulldowns: 3X10
