Mom2Mayhem's Meanderings
Today was my 8th day on inuction, and my first weigh in. I was very "scared" to get on the scale this morning--not really knowing what I was going to see. But I was pleasantly surprised to see 199.4--AND I started my TOM, so it could very well have been an even larger lose for the week.
I love this journal concept, and I thought I would give it a good try. Go Tamara! Go Tamara! Go Tamara! ![]() |

I am in my 9th day of induction today. I actually used Fitday again to chart my carbs. I am 66% Fat, 5% Carbs, and 29% Protein. That sounds pretty good. My total carbs were 24, but minues 9 for fiber, and I have 15. Yeah!
I also had started my TOM on Monday which was my first week weigh in, and the flow is half what it usually is. I am not running to the restroom constantly to check on "things". This is another nice benefit. Appetite is low. |
