Lazy Girl's Diet Journal

My goal is to be 100lbs. I don't have a specific date, but the sooner the better!

Some quick info: I'm 4'11, 22yrs old, and I weigh 119 lbs.

For the last 5 years, I weighed around 125lbs, give or take a few. I just know that I can look so much better if I'm actually down to a healthier weight range, like 100-110lbs.

I don't want to be too skinny, as I do like having BOOBS. Kind of afraid they'll disappear... but ohh.. I just want smaller thighs!

I plan on doing low carb (also under 1000 cal a day), and physical activity will come from cleaning my house b/c I hate to exercise! That's bad, I know!

This journal will log what I eat and my weight until I reach goal.

I'm looking for other petites to give input! For shorties like myself, 10-15lbs is a significant difference.

Any helpful suggestions, comments are highly encouraged!

6/7/06
2 cup beef raviolli
1 boiled egg
12 oz Light n' Fit yogurt
1 cup sf jello
2 tbls flaxseed
handful blueberries!
2 breaded fish fillets w/ cocktail sauce (so good, but soo bad!)
1 matzo ball soup
1 cup chunky of beef in tomato sauce!

OINK. I feel like such a pig.

Hopefully, tomorrow is a new day.

My menu was out of control today. Sugar, carbs, fiber..... craziness!

I'm always a day behind on my food menu, probably b/c I always fall asleep before doing my entry. Here's all that was consumed yesterday:

6/9

2 pork chops, panfried in 1tbs roasted garlic
1 bowl salad w/ newman’s ginger dressing, table spoon flaxseed
1 glass lipton green tea
1 slice pizza
1 cup yogurt w/ blueberries

I honestly have no idea why I've been cheating occasionally with such bad food. Gotta stop that. So far, still holding steady every morning at 119lbs, so sad.

This week I started eating pork chops, sometimes 2 a day. I've noticed that I STOPPED losing weight.

In fact, I'm 120lbs even now. SAD!

Pork chops are sooo good, so addictive, but really stalling for weight loss. Or could it be the YOGURT? I think I'm going to start isolating yogurt first, then pork.

Back to chicken next week and we'll see how things go! Hopefully down!

No Yogurt

This morning I woke up and decided to get back in control.

6/13

7:30am weight = 119.5lbs

lunch - 1 raspberry flavor Fruit2o

8:00pm - weight 118.5lbs!!

dinner - 1.5 pork chop (panfried w/ canola & lite teriyaki), 1 brocolli crown (boiled), 2 cups green beans (boiled)

I have an unhealthy obsession with my scale. I guess I feel encouraged when I can "lose" 1lb just by skipping lunch.

Overeating has always been my problem. I don't know anything about portion control, so sometimes it's easier not to plan to eat, than to put a lot of energy into it, does that make any sense??
