Okay - here goes. Day one on Low Fat/Low Carb.
I had a good day. I have peed about a zillion times. I already feel less bloated. The trick is going to be to stay with it. I promise to post here each day. AMY DON'T QUIT - WHEN YOU ARE FEELING DOWN - DON'T QUIT - REMEMBER ALL THE JEANS YOU WANT TO WEAR - REMEMBER THE SLEEVELESS SHIRTS YOU DREAM TO WEAR - YOU HAVE COME THIS FAR - YOU CAN DO IT! |

Another good day....
B- 2 cheese sticks L - cheese stick, tuna with low fat mayo and chick peas D - Plan to have chick breast, small salad, and steamed veggies Walked at lunch break at did 20 minutes of DDR at home. Co-worker made stupid comment. I will show her. Ha ha! |

Friday June 9th
Had a high carb day, but kept calories low. I think cycling will work for me. I know low cals is essential, but super low carb stalls me and is too hard. I know from past experience with WW that having a low cal/high carb dinner is probably beneficial.
went for a short walk with aiden. resisted DOMINOES at work. |

Sunday June 18th
June 18th: Today was a reality check! Shorts were so tight that they did the running up the thigh thing all through my walk (which I went on because I was feeling so fat after my Bennigan’s dinner!)
So I snuck the scale out of the garage – 150!!!! Honestly, I am not surprised. The good news is that I know where I am and how much I have to lose. I need to get back to 135 and then I would love to see 130 or 120ish someday! I am not going to Kauai with fat short riding thighs. Breakfast: none, coffee, water Lunch: 1 yogurts, 2 hot dogs, handful of grapes water Snack: Yogurt water Dinner: Lean Cuisine Pizza water Snack: Coffee

Tuesday June 20
B - coffee L - 2 hot dogs, yogurt, grapes snack - a few cookies (bad, bad, bad) snack - pudding dinner - ww pizza and salad coffee Ok day. Very tired. Didn't walk, need to walk tomorrow. 2 more days of school, then I have all the time in the world to exercise. |

B - Yogurt
L - 2 ff hot dogs, 1 svg wheat things, 1 laughing cow cheese, ff/sf pudding S - Yogurt D - ww pizza, salad S - ww cake and coffee Good day so far today. Did lots of gardening, good exercise. Bought aiden a helmet so he can go blading with me in the stroller. Reminder: Get knee pads and wrist guards this week! Also, picked up trimspa. Can't hurt to try it. ![]() |
