WOE: Targeted Ketogenic Low Cal Diet
Frankly My Dear, I Dont Give a Darn

No skin off anyone's nose but mine!
So with all due respect

After some thinking, I realize I dont have the fortitude to make it through an Induction type plan. I exercise too much (not excessively though) and with too much intensity to manage at those levels. I love my dairy ---- I adore cottage cheese especially And the fact that it is relatively low in carbs a great source of casein/whey protein blend, and contains calcium and potassium makes it even better. I could eat it a million different ways! I simply could not cram all that meat and fat down, so would rather spend the little calories I get on something tastier and more pleasant (to me.) I need something simple right now, I need to stick to a plan as outlined without getting wrapped up in details and micromanaging.

Now that being said, I want my calories low, and my cottage cheese plentiful.
I also want some meat or eggs in there cause I like them too. I can swap out the cottage cheese for meats or nuts If I feel like it. I also gotta have my wonderful raw, unhomogenized and unpasteurized whole milk. Oh and cant forget my cream for my coffee before my workouts. Krill oil will also be supplied for the Omega 3's. So looks like lots of dairy -- never had a problem with that! Diet drinks will be limited to one can or glass per day, sugar free gum occassionally.

Pictures will be posted in 4 week's time. Maybe in 2 weeks. My fitday will be public.

Starting stats:
104.5: I'm holding alot of water due to an increase in carbs and calories, and also due to significant strength training. This will be coming off promptly.
Bodyfat: approximately 23%
chest: 31
bicep: 10
forearm: 8.75
waist: 25.5
hips: 31
lower hips/upper legs: 35
thighs: 18.75
quads/hams: 17
calves 13.75
