Weigh in day
317.5 thats a 4 pound loss for the week. Was really hoping for more but hey 4 pounds off is so much better then nothing or even a gain. I get myself down thinking I should have done better. But I need to teach myself to be positive and happy when I do good.

B- hamburger , tomatoes, cheese omelet, green tea

L- not sure got up rather late so might skip it

D- Hamburger broccoli alfredo (linda sue recipe) with spinach salad

Okay here I go at this once again, I need to stick to it for life and not keep bouncing around. My health has become a serious issue now. I have diebetes and heart issues and thyroid issues. Im now on 13 meds a day thats rediculous and I am only going down hill if I dont make the choice to fight for my own life right now. I quit smoking a yr ago and have never looked back and if I can do that I CAN change my eating habits.

It has been a very stressful week and weekend, my hubby sprained his ankle and today its looking bad so must get him to a follow up dr appt in morning due to all this I have stuck to low carb eating. I just need to eat less thats were i need to work on things. One day at a time and try to keep focused on what I want. For me staying on track ans sticking to it for the long haul is been hard. I now have a good dr who is on board with me and want to help me so that im sure will help instead of my last few that didnt even want to hear my excuses as they said ,but I needed them in this but they didnt want to hear it . I dont think of them as excuses but problems I need to work out. I have alot of emotions playing in this whole eating I need to deal with and I think I need help with it to make this all work for me for life. I go this next month to a heart specialist and thats on my mind alot, as well as all my other health issues. My health issues or most due to my weight and I need to change it all now, I dont have time to keep playing this on off diet game. One day at a time and keeping track.

This has been a terrible last 2 days, my doc office called radiology to set me up for my MRI, well they told her they couldn't do it due to my weight, she called me and i told her they took the last one this year just fine and I'm not any bigger, So she called them back and they still said no that I needed to go somewhere else. So I talked to the patient advocate and she turned the whole thing around and had my doc office call me back and say that they didn't refuse me they just wanted me to have a better one from somewhere else that they could read better. Bull is what I said due to my last MRI this yr they read just fine. So the patient advocate said yes they will do it. Now that all this went on do I want to make an appointment for it not now no, and why cause I have anxiety and depression issues anyways and now that the staff knows and yes its always same staff when i go in each time. I just don't know what to do really its just hurtful to be treated this way. I did call for a consult with a lawyer on it cause this has not been my first weight remark at this hospital, had a doc that did my first epidural shot say he didn't know if he could give me a shot cause his words" your a big woman" was he able to yes he was cause i carry my weight in front but that was not appropriate and it was also hurtful. I am very upset and hurt from these comments. Well had to vent on this topic. Not a fun few days.

I need to get back to walking again. This is a goal I will set for myself, this means get out of the house and walk and smell the fresh air enjoy the land and get healthy one step one day at a time. Yes I can do this, yes I need to do this, I must focus one day at a time and keep journaling for my own sake.

Still working hard at staying on plan. It scary now cause since being diagnosed with diabetes it so changes this woe to a way of saving my life it so much more now to think of all the things that could happen to me if I don't follow this woe. I know it seems odd to think of it that way but its how my brain works apparently. I have done well at keeping my blood sugars in range. Now I don't think of it a a diet but my life saving eating plan. I did have my eyes checked due to blurry vision and he had me get my blood suger levels down first to be sure my eyes didn't change due to it and no they didn't there still same so that was a plus. Im still not happy that I need glasses and bifocals at that. Anywho things are still going in the right direction.
