Greek Godess Weight Loss Journey

Well, I started on Feb 13, 2006 and thought well maybe it is time to start on of my own and be accountable,

To date I have lost 20 pounds, which is not bad but can be alot better, Only I know the little cheats here and there and they are setting me back. I don't know why I just cant do it properly,
So this will be my starting point I will weigh in daily and record in here daily, that way I know where I am and as always the black and white is where the truth lies. So we begin, so Either you accept this 200 pounds and accept yourself as fat or stop your whining and move your ass, Stop doing things half assed. Do it properly or dont try and then complain.

okay today at 203.5 almost back to 202 my lowest, since I have been nibbling here and there those last 3 pounds have been ping ponged back and forth of one month,

one day at a time,

203 this morning
Due to poor planning I made pasta for the family , then I had nothing LC no meat, I ate the pasta.. Wonderful,, more set backs, anyways I have these books from the library
LOW FAT/LOW CARB so I will make my menu, and no excuses.. Also I have to get the book and read it, not just reading it off the net.
I will not give up, I will win, this has to be done this year, enough already. What happend to that sexy 125 girl, I cant believe that I let myself get like this, me out of all people. who used to run for hours on days, and play till my legs couldnt hold me anymore, Carefree and so wonderfully happy...I want to play with Hope and Anthony and not be always thinking how fat do I look, But this will happen,
Today will be a good day.

Doing better, thank god, Yesterday I had fish and Asparagus, so that was good and low carb, I was happy with myself, I am hoping this week I will hit 200 and below, Yahoo for me, That will be the lowest since oh my god, I think 5 years,
Have to still do a menu, SO far so good.

I started Zabby's plan which is more doable
it allows some ww bread and some yogurt
now I have to stick to it,
but so far so good.

Well back to Atkins Inductions,
I have to get back on track,
It seems to be abit easier since the Grill is out and BBQ season is on it's way.
