This is it! It's for me to get back to healthy!
This is it. This former lc winner is sick of being a yo yo! Back to the 3 years of healthy habits I began with and out with the last few years of yo yo'ing between lc and junk. Regain~ you bet! About 40 lbs (that yo yo's too!).
Health and my med issue is important and I better remember it. I feel lots less confident with these extra lbs so off they go! |

Sundays menu was : Breakfast 3 eggs havarti cheese lc tortilla Lunch smoothy made with raspberries,cottage cheese,12 carb mix Dinner: broccolislaw cube steak dab ketchup Snack: cube steak/dab ketchup |

Alrighty todays menu
Breakfast: eggs with a bit of cheese bacon Lunch: McDonalds Adian salad minus the oranges and carrots dab of french dressing mixed with mayo Dinner: will be 2 fried string cheese creamed cucumbers 76 |

I just finished my workout. Coffee is now in my hand! Ah bliss!
I haven't weighed yet. I'm thinking since I have pms I'll skip it! Yesterdays menu was 3 eggs/w bacon can tuna with mayo and a few slices cucumber 2 oz cheese 2 ribs/1 c lettuce with italian dressing ( I hate ribs but I was hungry! Dh loves them!) juice of 1/2 lemon mixed with potasium salt (for leg cramps) |
