Weigh this ....
Well I started the low carb diet around March 6. I was a whooping 216 lbs on my 5'11 frame. Pretty hefty. I started pilates and some light lifting. On April 14 I weighed in at 199 lbs. I have lost seventeen lbs and I feel great. Yet over Easter weekend I ate an outstanding amount of carbs.......and feel really guilty. I re started low carb and am hoping to continue to lose more lbs. I am determined to lose all the weight I have gained since high school, which is 75 lbs .................. ouch. I was 175 in high shcool and a pretty good athlete, since my baby arrived I have been a pretty good mom with no time for athletics, until now. I am playing basketball once a week and soon will play softball once a week. I am so excited. The best part about losing the first 17 lbs is losing a pant size, I went from a 16 to 14!!! My goal is to be a size 10 again. The struggles of food, who would ever know that losing weight is more mentally then physically??????????// Ashley
