Diane's Journal...all or nothing...

Well, here I am again, they say 3rd time is a charm, whoever they are, I hope they're right.

In December I had what was called a mild heartattack. Yes, I'm a 36 year old single mother and I had a freakin heartattack. I also weighed in at 330lbs and was in major stress about the fact that I had left the only guy I ever really loved and had a connection too. Stupidly of course due to some emotional issues. Well happily I am back together with my boyfriend, we are very happy and I have lost 35 lbs since then. But I am unmotivated and eating the old ways again. I have my good days and bad, but mostly bad...

So, here I am. I am going to start a meat and egg fast tomorrow to try to jump start the whole thing again. I am looking for some feed back from those in the "know" and maybe some support and a good buttkicking from time to time. Which I will of course assuredly return in kind.

[b]Day 1 a success!! Breakfast was an omelet with ham. Lunch was another omelet with ham and dinner was a cheeseburger, no bun and a small piece of chicken breast. Of course I am a coffee junky so I did have a cup or two throughout the day, but kept up on my water and feel great.

Another good food day, but very sluggish and lethargic...
Breakfast - Chicken breast
Lunch - roast beef, chicken breast, bacon and a little cheese
Dinner - Steak, hard boiled eggs.

Possible a little bit of pork rinds tonight if I feel i need them.

Otherwise...day 2 down!!

Hey... this m/e thing is working out good.
Breakfast: egg salad, roast beef
lunch: flounder, egg salad
Dinner: Flounder, steak
Snack: maybe pork rinds or stallone protein pudding.

down 7 pounds. YEE HAWW!

Hiya.. :O).. welcome back to this woe.. :O).. I am sorry to hear you had a heart attack hun.. .. I weigh more then you started out.. for now hehe .. but I am so thankful I have no medical problems.. and I thank the good Lord daily.. .. I wish you the very best sweetie. .. I will keep reading up on you and give support ok..I am on my 9th week of eatting low carb.. and I am loving it.. the recipe room is just saving my life if you ask me..

ok I am off to read some more.. hang in there sweetie.. your doing AWESOME !!

Been away for a few days, sorry I have not posted. Ended the meat and egg fast and I'm back on Induction.
breakfast - sausage and eggs
lunch - chip steak, cheese, lettuce
dinner - cheeseburger lettuce 1 slice tomato
snack - stallone pudding.

I'm back... had a very good week, but the scale is not being so kind to me... It may have to do with my "cycle" I hope. because I have really been sticking to it and exercising...
so, as far as my scale is concerned I am not down anything this week, but I know that next week it will be kinder :-)
