greenrn weight loss journal

On March 22, 2006 I restarted my low carb lifestyle. My weight is 234lbs. My goal is 220lbs. by April 22, 2006 . My ending goal is 145lbs . I am using Atkins Induction, my carb count goal is 20 carbs daily.

I awakened this morning and my weight was 218 on April 18, 2006.

That is wonderful.

I did not expect to loose so much this soon.

I need to stay in Ketosis, that will help me to loose the ultimate weight I can in a short time.

Today I can wear my clothes that are a size 20.

My new goal is 200 lbs by May 22, 2006.

Low carbs really reduces your waist line, that is the first place I notice weight loss on the low carb lifestyle.

My carb goal is between 20 - 25 carbs a day.

At 200 I will take more pictures of me and post.

Today I have been on the diet for 34 days.

I went to the Dr. today and I weighted 223 on his scales .

My scales say I weigh 219 .

I don't believe I am in Ketosis any more.

I have not unpacked my Ketostixs.

So I will by new ones next time I go to Walmart.

I wore my size 20 pants today, and DH noticed there was room in them .

I have noticed my ankles are swollen, maybe I have a little fluid.

Today I went for my Ct of my right lung, next Wed. I have an appointment with Dr, Baker for the results .

I am not exercising yet, will probably start sometime in the next two to three weeks.

Today Amber started the diet with us, she says she was on Atkins before .

Mary & I had a grilled chicken salad at TGIF's for lunch .

Tonight DH and I had pork ribs and cold slaw for dinner, I also had a sugar free popcycle for dessert .

Today I awakened and noticed that I have lost another pound on the scales.
I started tanning on Sunday, so I can wear shorts. It is raining and cool temp here today.
Yesterday I had :
3 bacons and 2 eggs for breakfast
2 sugar free jello's and 1/4 cup coll whip
3 hot wings and 2 ribs
1/2 cup of cheesecake custard
1 hamburger patty, 10 shrimp grilled and 2 cups of steamed brocolli
