Journal...Lose 30 pounds by May 20th (college graduation)
I need to do this and make myself publicly accountable. My goal is to lose at least 30 pounds in the next 37 days. I gained 40 pounds back in 3 months because of depression. If I could get under 200 by that time, it will be great.
Tommorow, I plan to start day 1 of 3 day water fast. I know it is going to be tough, but I'll pray. I am going to post my menu's daily and excercise schedule. Thur April 12, Weight =239 1 cup Lc yogurt 1 large chicken breast and wing 40 min biggest loser workout video and ABS

Today April 14th is day 1 of my waterfast. I am very hungry right now and can feel my stomach growling. I am about to make some chicken soup with herbs and just drink the broth. The scale dropped to 237.5 this morning. I have lost 9 pounds in 1 week and I have eaten less than perfect (LC yogurt and 1 can mixed nuts), but my overall cals have been so I guess that offsetted the carbs. I want to do the waterfast for three days because I like the control I get from meat and egg fast.
