Journal of Lori Tolle

Well I've read several of the threads in here and I got an idea of what im suppose to do.
Okay here's my story:
I was a thin child I think, I cant remember much, but from the picutures Im thin. I remember at like 13-15 getting more weight not much but for under 5" I was over weight. Well anyways that went on till I was a junior. I blacked out and ran my car into a ditch and broke my jaw. I had to have my teeth wired shut so I was on a liquid diet for 4 weeks well I got down to 96 pounds at 4"11 (roughly) well I stayed at that weight me and my husband chris got married when i was a senior in high school. I was a month past 18 and knew everything. Well I got pregnant not even a year after we were married. I was 105 when I got pregnant and was 190 when I had my daughter. Heaviest I had ever been. Well I started to excersize and got back into a 14, but when Natalie was 6 months old I got pregnant again with my son. Gained everything back. After I had him. I went to work at a candy store (Candyopolis) I lost about 30 pounds there. Thats a quinkydink. After I quit there I gained it back. Decided to be a bum for a while. Then I started to go to church and get more active. Well skipping along God called my husband and me and the kids to become full time missionaries at Way of the Cross Ministries in Harlingen Texas, thats were we are now (been here for est. 5 months) Well the Atkins shakes are donated to the food warehouse and thats how I got started on Atkins. We also get the pills I started them yesterday. Needless to say I haven't felt this good in a long time. All of the groggy, dizzy, tired.... feelings have gone away. Thats my story. Now on with my loggins...

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs with cheese, 4 pc. bacon, decaf coffee with surgar free low cal. creamer/splenda
Lunch:Salad (chicken,lettuce,cheese,bacon,ham,ranch,tiny celery)YUM!
I made it and I couldn't finish it I was full after like 5 bites but I ate about half cause I would need the energy to excersize.
Snack: 1/2 avacodo with tiny tomato and garlic powder w/salt
Supper: Im going to have a hamburger steak (thats all cause im already at 17.5carbs for the day) I don't like pushing it to 20 unless I get really hungry at night which I never have yet. (Ok I say that like its been 2 weeks or a year) Its only been 5 days. Anyway

I excersized for an hour today: dumbels, stretches, crunches, then out to ride bikes with the kids, which I plan on doing everyday.

Ok today is Great

Today is Great, however lastnight I had temptation in my ear. But I overcame. I was fixing the kids Cheese and shell noodles. Which I love with lost of butter, its so creamy, ok sorry about that guys don't go fix noodles!!! If you do its not my fault. They are bad, bad, bad for you. Ok pressure is off me. Anyways. I kept saying aloud don't take 1 bite Lori, not even one bite, its bad, don't do it. Answering myself, "Okay, Okay, just shut up now." Sometimes you have to talk yourself out of things. Like licking your fingers when you get the penut butter and jelly on your fingers when your fixing the kids a sandwich, cause that just comes out of habit. Okay here's my menu for the day.

Breakfast: 2fried eggs w/cheese, 3pc. bacon, coffe (no sugar low carb creamer) and splenda

Lunch: I am currently eating a shrimp stirfry cooked in olive oil tiny bit of worchestershire sauce and 2Tbs. butter. has frozen mixed veggies consiting of brocoli, coliflower, pea pods, miniature corn on the cobs, topped with shredded cheddar cheese. It tastes awsome.

Supper: I am going to have a hamburger steak with grean beans.
