Chasintrail's self analysis
OK, since I just spent too much time looking through old challenge posts trying to figure out when I lost control... I'm going to start a journal so I can track for myself what I'm eating and all that good stuff.
I know my slide started when I quit smoking (10/9/05), but it took a couple weeks to lose total control. I'm suspicious that adding yogurt around the same time contributed. Sucks cause I really love the stuff. As of right now, it's off the menu. I've done strict induction since 12/26 and have lost. Somewhere around 5 lbs I changed to a new scale in there. I'm going to stick to induction for another couple weeks, see how things go and go from there.Today's food: large starbucks coffee with splenda and 1/2 & 1/2 (yes, I know it's not technically allowed on induction, but I've used it from day one with no problems - at least so far) 2 eggs scrambled with cheese, mushrooms, and ham - aprox. 1/4 c of each |

well, since I caved at work and had the wrap.... seems like the yogurt is out of here. I know I lose well on it, but I think it's the cause of some cravings. And my will power is taken up with not smoking right now!!!
Sausage balls for dinner cause I'm too lazy to cook. Last edited by Chasintrail : 01-10-2006 at 03:48 PM. |
