PROJECT: 33 ~(314 lbs to 249 lbs by Nov. 2006 - my 33rd Birthday)~
My goal each day is 60 grams or less at the advice of my doctor. My very first day I blew that count away by only taking in 2/3's of that. I ate 5 times and was NEVER hungry. All meals are chased with water, diet mt. dew, or unsweet tea.
My first day Menu: Pre Breakfast - 5AM 1/4 cup shredded cheese 2 pcs bacon 1 GRAM CARBS Breakfast - 8AM 2 Eggs 1 pc fried balogna 3 slices Roma Tomato 1 Pc low carb toast 10 GRAM CARBS Pre Lunch - 11AM4 raw baby carrots 2 sausage patties 3 GRAM CARBS Lunch - 2PM 1/2 cup chicken salad 1/2 bologna sandwich (1 slice bologna, 1 slice bread) 13 GRAM CARBS Pre Dinner - 5PM 1/2 cup orange juice 13 GRAM CARBS Fell asleep @ 7PM TOTAL CARBS FOR DAY - 40

The best way to get over one man is to get under another. I don't want to be skinny. I love being a BBW. I just don't want to be a SSBBW. Time to make the curves more curvey again.
