Size 10 Wanna be!

Today marks the first day back on plan for me. For the last month I have strayed off plan only to find myself sickened with my weight gain I had lost a total of 93lbs..straying off plan netted a 20lb gain All my NEW clothes are now fitting tightly or not at all. Since I gave away all my larger clothing I have no choice but to lose this weight. I refuse to buy larger sizes! I have played around long enough and need to once and for all reach the goal I have set for myself. I have worked too hard over the last almost 2yrs to let myself regain all the weight I have lost!

As of this morning I weighed 183lbs..hopefully that will be changing soon!
I plan on listing my daily menus & activity to keep myself accountable.

Menu for Today:
B: Coffee with cream & Splenda
3 hard boiled eggs
D: Roast Beef with Green beans & cabbage

Not sure what the rest of the day will bring.

I have never been one to exercise but i am going to change that. I realize I need exercise to tone up and burn those extra calories. Today so far I went for a walk for 20 minutes. My goal is to exercise once a day..no matter the length of time or type of activity..hey..it's a start.

TRACY,

YOU GO GIRL! I can totally relate to what your saying .... I lost for almost a year straight and then went off and I'm so close to where I was when I started all this. I saw the sizes go up .... 16....18 (convinced myself that I could live with 18) then 20 .... then 22.....it stopped when the 24s got tight. I can't go there again ... not completely. I started January 1 and haven't cheated...its the same motivation I had when I did it before.

Hang in there ... your gonna do it, I feel it!

Day 1 is coming to a close.. I made it through the day without cheating
I feel so much better already! The carb fog I have been under for the last
month is starting to lift.

Well I made it through the day yesterday and feel so much better today! I feel like I have my energy back! This morning I was down 3lbs I realize that it is just water..but hey..I don't care!

I am not sure what my menu will be today..I'll have to scour the fridge and see what I can come up with. Cooking for one is no fun!

My goal today is to drink all my water and get some form of exercise in. Maybe I'll take a walk outside depending on the weather.

I'll be back later to update menus etc.

Today went extremely well! Not hungry at all! I think I might be entering ketosis!!

Today my menu was:
Brunch: 3 HB eggs & a slice of cheddar
Dinner: 2 hamburger patties with coleslaw and ceasar salad
Snack: Slice of Cheddar and sugar free jello

Well this is day 3..so far so good.
Woke up late as usual Having my puppy wake me up several times
throughout the night plays havoc with my sleep.

Today I am down another 2lbs! That makes 5 so far! Only 15 more to go to get back to where I was. (how depressing) On a positive note: My clothes are getting more tolerable!

My menu for today will be:
Brunch: 3 HB eggs, coffee, water and more water!
Dinner: Ribs with greek salad & coleslaw YUM!
Snacks: Cheese or Sugar Free Jello

Day 4 here I am..bring it on! I have my old motivation back now! I feel like I can do this!

I am down another 2lbs this morning for a total of 7lbs I thought I would have a hard time getting back on plan..but not so. It has been a breeze! I feel so much better now. For the last month I felt so bloated & exhausted all the time.

Today's Menu will be:
Brunch: HB eggs (I am so creative!)
Dinner: Cheeseburger Bacon Quiche & green beans & salad
Snacks: SF jello & cheddar

Way to Go Tracy! I'm having a rough time.... too long of a story, you'll have to go to my Journal but I'm staying on. I wish I felt better.

Keep it up! I don't know how you do the hardboiled egg thing every morning. My stomach can't do it .... if your ever lookin for somethin sweet, check out my journal, the carb free french toast is amaaaaaazing.

Sorry to hear you are having a rough time! Hopefully things get better for you soon! I went through a bad time when I did Atkins for the first time..racing heart..hot all the time..thankfully I toughed it out. Stay strong! Things WILL get better!

LOL..yah..I am not very creative in the morning..I just want to eat to get it out of the way. I NEVER used to eat breakfast. I'll soon be sick of the HB eggs and move on to something else. Your french toast sounds good! I'll have to try it sometime!
