Okay this seems like as good a place as any to track my progress for 2006. I'm a few days late getting started...but better late than never!
![]() Today's weight: 128.8 The brownies are gone - thank God! Breakfast: 3 sl turkey bacon, 1 l/c biscuit & s/f honey, butter Lunch: grilled chicken stuffed with gorganzola cheese & walnut Snack: pork rinds Dinner: Scrambled eggs & sausage patty Will be watching the Rose Bowl tonight, drinking water and doing laundry! I'm also going to make myself do crunches and lunges during commercials! I might just get real ambitous and walk on the treadmill during at least one quarter! ![]()

Wed was good ... now that the brownies are gone. Had hot wings, celery & carrot sticks for dinner.
Today - Thurs 1/5/06 Wt: 128.8 B - 3 sl turkey bacon, biscuit w/ sf jelly L - Not sure - will edit D - l/c spaghetti |
