Breakfast - Diet Coke Lunch - 1 strip of roasted chicken breast - Grilled Chicken Salad w/ cucumber, green peppers, and slices of mozzerella cheese with balsamic vinegerette - Hot Tea w/ 3 Splenda - Diet Coke Snack - 1 slice of roasted chicken breast - port wine cheese spread Dinner - 2 slices of oven cooked ham - tropicana suger free lemonade Day 1 of the WOE I'm starting a new journal because its a new year and also because I had a bit of a withdrawl December 31st. I'm talking out of control cheating ALL DAY AND NIGHT! It really wasn't worth it. My new years resolution the same as every year is to lose weight!! Wish me luck 2006.

Breakfast - low carb yogurt 3 carbs Lunch -3 scrambled eggs w/ american cheese -bacon -huge salad w/ peppercorn dressing -chicken breast w/ cheese and pesto sauce - brocolli w/ american cheese Dinner - 7 plain chicken wings baked w/ grated cheese Snack - 2 No CARB Jellos Feeling Tired and Getting Migraines, but also feeling MOTIVATED! I need to get a tanning package after TOM ends and go everyday, and start exercising. |

Water Fasted Great News, I'm 20 pounds down weighing in this morning 1/6/06! I think this is due to the fact that I water fasted and also TOM. I'm gonna start exercising when TOM ends on the tredmill almost every morning for an hour. |

eek not such a good day, but today I'll be more on track bacon burger w/ no bun 4 buffolo chicken kickers from dominos- 3 carbs each 1 double cheeseburgers no bun 1 6 piece chicken nuggets- 15 carbs 1 sweetn' sour- 11 carbs WHAT WAS I THINKING? oh wait I wasn't Well its a new week and I'll be eating strict and exercising. |
