[COLOR=DarkSlateGray]Good Morning... and what a beautiful new me! (notice name change)

It's March 1st.. 181 this morning not great..but a loss I will take. Started CLA/GLA a week ago.. I hope it works and is worth it.

60 mins areobics last night. Am trying to get in at least 100 abs/50 pu for days I dont go to DWA.

I need to work on toning my turkey chin and flappin bat wings. Also I switched to using cocoa butter on my tummy, arms and thighes..hoping to help the elasticity of my skin and diminish the stretch marks from being so fat! I see a subtle change, so I think its working. Besides, I'm now soft as a babies butt!

I am sending my CLA and GLA back to the vitamin company I use (sorry they wouldnt let me post the name here, and YES, they guarentee their vitamins and they're the cheapest I found).

I have lost over 8" on my belt since starting 10/3/05.. That's DAMN GOOD if'n you ask me

I dont think the CLA/GLA is for me right now. In the future, if I have trouble taking off the inches around my middle, I might try it again. But for now, I'm stickin' to what I've been doing!

Yes, I noticed the name change right away.

So, It does look like you have fabulouse results with the exercise. I started cla/gla but only used it about a week. I will probably finish out the bottle and that will be it.

I'm trying to stay upbeat. My tofu man decided to send me emails on Friday instead of talking to me face to face... It's not looking good for our relationship, he created his own environment this time. I was blind sided and I disrespect anyone who cant come up to my face and tell me what they feel. Even over the weekend, he didnt respond to any of his fri emails..uh, we live together... WTH...whatever. I wont let this stop me from eating right, and why should it!? Obstacles get in our way all the time and I am learning that dealing with problems doesnt have to include food. Besides, if we call it quits I'll want to look as good as I can, if ya know what I mean

This week:
4+ days cardio
80+ water each day
100+ ab crunches each day
start exercising with my new Carmen Electra DVD, sounds like this is gonna come in handy too!

Went out for Prime Rib last night with the rally committee. I did good and said no to the taters, no to the bread (yikes, that was a hard one), and decided no alcohol (I know I know.. unlike me). I was stuffed with salad, veggie appetizers, coffee, and I ate ALL the prime rib <oink> it was sooooooo good!

Today I am hungry cuz there were'nt any eggs in the frig this morning. I ate some yocheese instead... deeeelish but not filling.

b-yocheese w/ cherry flavouring, 1 strawberry, coffee w/ hwc
L-1/2 cup chkn and onion, horsey-mayo sauce, 3 slices turkey, 3/4 cup peas and butter
s- yocheese w/ cherry flavouring, 1 strawberry (i'm also thinking of eating my apple)
d- I'm sticking with just meat tonite.. I feel like a pig.

60 mins DWA

That's about it... I posted on a couple other boards... so I'm out of things to say..

I've been doing my crunches faithfully (Thanks Lei for your inspiration on those, really!)
I've switched from creamer with carbs to creamer with no carbs as in heavy whipping cream (another thanks to Lei and to Alce for making me realize it is so much better! See, your journaling is a huge inspiration to the rest of us, I luv you, man!)
I've stopped the c la/ g la as really I didnt feel it necessary. Still need to return them and get my money back.
It's becoming more and more apparant summer is coming and I want to look sexy and hot in tanks and short!
I need to exercise more, I slowed down the last couple weeks since I got sick.
I need to stay postive and keep going. The scale can be depressing, I called it names this morning, twice!
I know I cant rely on the scale.
I know that stalls happen.
I know that menus need adjusted.
I know our body works on food, be it losing or gaining.
I forget to breathe so I've written reminders on my computer and in my drawer at work. Everytime I read it, I take a few deep breaths.
I know that I am in control of my environment, what happens is all because I made it happen.

Today was a beautiful day, chilly but the sun was out. and... drum role for reaching mini-goal....178 today! -1! hotdamn!

This is also the same weight I was when I lost my focus and began eating senselessly in Jun 04... Took me longer to get there this time as I started at way more..

Today A good friend of mine (and he's lucky I like him) commented right after someone else said to me- "are you losing weight?" -I said.. "not really, I'm at the same weight I was in 04". My friend pulls up the back of my coat and says..."yes you are, your butt was way bigger" ..OMG! WTH?!! He didnt realize at that moment, the impact this could or could not have caused! After I got over the initial shock and looked at him, he just stood there frozen hahahahahaha!!!!!! OMG! It was actually histarical! Ahole is on my hit "list"!

OK, so this weight was the last number I logged previously. I feel good finally getting back to it.. whew!!

Hey thanks buddy Believing in myself is a full time job

Not much to write (yeah I know, i always say that then ramble on for a 1/2 a page)

I ate alot this weekend it seems. Low carb good stuff, just seems I had my hand in my face the entire weekend.

Learned some callentic moves. The vhs tape is old so the fashions are a bit outdated, but I can get past that, haha! I will burn it to DVD tonite to make it a little easier to move around.

Other than that.. its sunny outside Have a groovy day!

The DVD is the same...very, very 80s-tastic.

T, I'm going to state the obvious...you only have 28lbs to go to reach goal Less than 30lbs! Not much more than 25lbs! Umm, how else can I put it? You're getting so close to goal!!!

[COLOR=Blue]I'mmmmmmmmmm BAAAAAAAAACK!!!! Whew, where in the hell have I been??!?!?! Sometimes I'd come in and take a peek but too occupied to spend time writing. (that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it)

I'm happy to say I didnt forget about LC'ing and all my LC friends! You kept me going in spirit and in thoughts. I didnt lose, but I didnt gain. I've been eating the same... Mom was here for a few days I was too stressed to lose. I'm still at 178. Looks like March is going out without any loss.. but without any gain, so it's all good!

I've slacked on the exercising and have only been going to DWA twice a week. I started on Saturday to get back to my 4-5 days a week. This will help shed those pounds for sure.

This weekend we are going to Tampa...woohoo!! 4 fun & sun filled days! I didnt get to 170 like I wanted but I am still positive and happy that I have maintained and my new lifestyle has been easy.

That's about it for now.. I'll be back daily again (less vacation days).

I think your skinny tooshy can fit into anything!!

Uhhhh....sun? Sure, there's always sun.. just sometimes the clouds hide it In June you have a 50/50 chance! You let me know exactly when you be in this area, since you have to come through here to get to California! We'll for sure hook up, I know lots of pubs!!!!! Yippee, you coming to Oregon!!

Wow! Check out the date I last logged on! HOLY MOLY, where has the time gone!?!?!?!?! It's spring, and it's busy! I stayed the same weight pre-mom, during-mom, and now after-mom I'm back to focusing and losing again. Gotta get a couple more pounds gone before the trip (without the dbf) to vegas. Yep, what happens in vegas, stays in vegas! if'n ya know what I mean... hehe

Had a nice mini-vacay in Florida. Hit the roller coasters at Busch gardens then a day and a half in my swimsuit (thank god noone knew me) at the water park having a blast! I'm all relaxed but ready for summer to get here and stay a while!! Its been a long winter, too long. Lots going on with the club, riding, work.. the rally, the list goes on.. dammit, am I getting paid for any of this? oh hell no! LOL

[COLOR=Blue]Happy Spring! I'm back in the swing of my diary again, and it's about time! I've managed to maintain, which is something I've never done before so it looks like I'm still on track. I need to focus on losing and working out harder. I've had some medical issues holding me back, so its been hard.. I've tried to keep 2-3 days a week DWA. If it's not one thing it's another!! That's how life is and thats what life deals us. We have to be ready to jump those hurdles. I mean face it, the road isnt smooth and it will always test our ability to ride the dips and bumps. I am a survivor! oh, and I'm a damn good rider!!

I think I have a bit too much fat in my daily diet. It has stalled me so I will cut that out first. I havent eaten sugarcarbs as it makes me ill, so that's all good. I have eaten a little more than normal, damn vacation.. but I didnt really over do it. I'm still consciously aware of what I need. I know any little overage with me will pack the weight back on before the normal person. Damn insulin resistance is my life long obstacle!

Ok damn it, I'm back OK??!!?! I know when I dont post daily, I dont do as well. This board is my saviour (where is the dictionary?)! I am back to writing in my little notebook, logging my weight, egads.. I havent hit the 50 gone yet, but still very close!

Oregon has the most beautiful summers... no time for typing, that's saved for the winter and rainy days Suddenly everything got busy, as I knew it would. Lots to do, places to go, motorcycle pegs to scrape... if I have to explain, you certainly wouldnt understand.

I've been maintaining my weight as I left it in March with only a couple gained back. I'm a bit scared to get on the scale, but my clothes still fit. This is all a life struggle for me. I'm just happy I've been able to maintain, that's the one thing that I havent mastered yet.

It's a life style change for sure. I battled a few health issues, nothing serious but enough to keep me down for a couple months. I'm ready to get back steady into losing again and finish my goal. It's the journey we must keep focused on.

Ok, that's it!
