Some search help please

My BP is high, and I am going to begin tracking it daily until I get back to my dr in a couple of weeks.

I would like to control this, or at least partially help control it with my current woe and I'm having trouble finding info on lcf threads. Anyone know of good informative prior threads on BP and LC woe?

well, even with low carb, I suppose the obvious thing is to cut salt to the bone. if you take a diuretic, be sure not to take potassium supplements unless you know it is safe. with some it is dangerous.
