CLA - does anyone use this?

I was just reading Maria's latest blog post and she talks about CLA. It sounds like one more supplement I could use but, thought I'd check and see what results anyone may have noticed when using it.

If you do a Google search on it you will find mixed reports. Some of them say it
does help fat loss othere say it can make insulin resistance worse. I saw one
poster on another forum said it did help her weight loss for a while then her blood
sugar began to go up till she stoped taking it. Personaly you couldn't pay me to
take it but I am sure you will find other people who think it's the best thing sence
sliced bread.

I really wanted it to work for me, and for a while I believed it dit.

But like with many of these supplements, it did nothing except made my wallet lighter.

Thanks for the feedback. I was hoping it would help with blood sugar levels (and weight loss), but it sounds like it won't.

It helps me with fat loss in my stomach area. I don't take it all of the time though. I will take it for a month, then go off for a month or so. It seems to me like it is more effective this way.

Thanks! It sounds like it's hit and miss. Maybe it's worth giving it a try and see if I'm one of the "hit" people.

Hi
I've been looking into to taking CLA again as I used it 4 years ago and it helped me streamline my abs more and obviously it is best if you are already exercising. I am hoping to take some again in September up until Christmas and I have also read it is an idea to take in conjunction with Chromium 200µg which is used for maintenance of blood glucose. I'm going to do further research into this and then give it a try though.
