Anyone wanna weigh in on coconut oil? Anyone had any benefits? Weight loss? Helped skin conditions? ETC? :yummy:

I do know that it tastes delicious when added to scrambled eggs.

It has lots of benefits

1) increases metabolism
2) full of MCTs (medium-chain triglycerides), which are used immediately by the liver without needing bile to break it down, and provide fast energy
3) Improves skin and hair with ongoing consumption
4) Can improve cognition, since the brain uses the ketones it produces immediately
5) And as Astrocloud says, it tastes good! I rely on its tendency to go solid at room temperature to make all kinds of "ketosis candy."
